The office staff does an amazing job with authorizations and appointment reminders. The therapists are dedicated, friendly and kind. I really love bringing my child here!

Experiencia positiva: This is my experience at Fyzical and these are my opinions of their billing practices. I Went here for one massage therapy session. They told me the CPT codes they would use and that they would bill my insurance for $60.00, which I confirmed with my insurance company that they would reimburse at around $60.00, which is the going rate for a massage in my area. I went ahead and paid $60.00 just in case my insurance did not pay. Today I receive a bill for $180.00 stating that it was out of network, which I knew ahead of time it would be but they had said they would apply to be in network. The total claim was for $180.00 which is 3 times what I was told it would be. This is most definitely a bill and not just the insurance estimate. EDIT: I spoke with Barb the owner and she apologized profusely and said that they outsource their billing services and sometimes they get it wrong.(personally I would be looking for another billing company but...) . I will take her apology and change my rating. She is going to take care of it with the billing company. I just wonder how many other times the billing company has overcharged the insurance company and the erroneous bill has gotten paid, and the patient has had to pay extra?
