Experiencia fantástica: I had a really great experience at this facility! I felt like my needs and concerns were met with the utmost care. Not only were my concerns taken care of, I felt like I was treated with so much respect and understanding. A huge plus for me was they were really careful with being hygienic and supplying new gloves or needles and wiping down surfaces between each person and providing new towels. This was very important to me, and I was NOT disappointed at all. I worked with Anu and she was able to target all my trigger points and ease pain after one session. You can tell she is incredibly caring and loves what she does. She makes sure the sessions are tailored towards your needs and what you want to focus on that day. I highly recommend getting dry needling done by her! Dry needling was a huge part in my recovery process. I saw improvements instantly. It's definitely worth the small amount of pain. If you're trying to recover asap, it's soooo worth it! I would highly recommend coming here if you need PT!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff and facility is 100% professional. You always feel welcome and are never left to figure things out on your own. Life can make some of your appointments tricky but Elizabeth at the desk can always work her magic and get your appointments changed to fit your schedule. The staff become friends and you feel like family. Through the physical therapy I received here I avoided surgery for a rotator cuff tear and healed just fine from other injuries due to a car accident. Thank you Team Rehab!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been to several physical therapy offices from chains, to inpatient PT, and I have to say that Team Rehab in Park Ridge stands much higher than any other experience I have had. I broke my shoulder in a skiing accident and my Dr. strongly recommended Team Rehab in Park Ridge. I had never been, but decided to give them a call to see if I could get in. I was determined to make a quick recovery and wanted to get to work right away since I was cleared to start PT. Team Rehab accommodated my short notice and complicated schedule to get me in THE NEXT DAY. From my own experience, the hands on physical therapists who are constantly asking questions, testing your body and range, pushing your limits without pushing too far, and adjusting your exercises and stretches appropriately are the most effective. I thought I had some pretty good physical therapists in the past, but this clinic blew them out of the water. Most other clinics were working from a pre-approved corporate standard of treatment. Not here. Exercises were creative and were tailored specifically to my needs and to target muscle weakness and range of motion. My primary PT, Anu, was fantastic to work with. She was constantly testing range, testing for weaknesses, asking about my daily routines and where I had trouble. She would modify common exercises on the spot and ensure that I was working on exactly what I should be. She was kind, listened, and adjusted based on my goals. I occasionally worked with Jenny as well, another fantastic person to work with. Every time I went to the clinic I knew I was going to be in good hands and I knew that they were going to match my motivation to get back to normal. 5 months later, I'm fully graduated! I worked down from 3 days a week, to 2, then 1, and finally a spaced out check in. I'm so thrilled to say I'm back to about 95%! That last 5% comes back with time and continued work. My range of motion is almost completely back. I'm focusing on strength building and getting that last bit of range, but those are things they prepared me with at home exercises to reach those goals on my own. I am confident I would not be where I am without this team. They are responsible for my relatively quick recovery. I can't thank Anu and Team enough for all of their kindness, guidance, listening, and work they put into my recovery. I would 10/10 recommend this clinic to anyone who needs help. P.S. There's a really cute squirrel who hangs around out front. If you're lucky you'll catch him snoozing on the T!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to team rehab for PT since few weeks. I never seen a Rehab clinic where staff are fully engaged with their patients. A great holistic approach from therapists, PTA staff, and PT techs. Throughout the session they keep their patients engaged by not only asking symptom related questions but also personal life stories, weekends, family, etc. In that 1-hour session I felt that I see not only a PT staff but also a coach, counselor, a great friend. All staff are highly knowledgeable and professional. All are well trained and use their professional skills. I never seen any other places where PT techs are extremely knowledgeable about their assignments. Patients are never left alone to do exercise with some given instructions. It is so cute to watch how a therapist completes their session with you and these vibrant PT Techs immediately by your side with their I pads and assist you with exercises. The team collaborate so well with you on your road to recovery. Excellent services and care provided by the team. I was primarily with Katie and Jenny for my therapy. Highly efficient staff who provided individualized therapy. Eliot, Simran, and Rahil were my PT techs. I can’t describe their services. Super nice and happy people always wanted to do more for you. Excellent customer services by them. Elizabeth who was the front desk staff was nice and accommodating my schedule. I highly recommend team Rehab for Rehab services.
