Experiencia positiva: Overall the people and staff supporting this place are awesome, and every chance they get they go above and beyond to serve their customers. For that reason I give this place all of their credit and 4 stars! I have two very honest points about this place, all stemming with challenges of their business model. 1. Their technology systems are outdated, specifically on a high-touch check-in app that requires multiple screens and checks ahead of each and every appointment. There would be problems completing it every time, that took way too much time to resolve, and it was enough if forced to continue using would deter me from using their clinic. Fortunately, the staff were super accommodating, and allowed for manual check ins at the desk. But that system needs a total overhaul! 2. The bigger problem I had is with the actual care. When I had engagement with the therapists, the treatments were great. But the challenge for me is that the majority of the sessions were the bare minimum, and I am talking bare minimum for what they needed to bill back to insurance. That is 8 minutes; I would be there for an hour and time and time again can observe the talented PTs go patient to patient covering anywhere from 4-5 in an hour. While the sessions weren’t completely wasteful, I felt that they could have been further maximized. After the personalized treatment they run you through the treatment plans; often were times spent waiting for the next equipment to be transitioned, while they were juggling multiple patients. Again, when the PTs are engaging they are super helpful, but this is a place that feels overbooked. It leaves you feeling like another cog in the wheel rather than a place executing your personalized treatment plan. Lots of good to refer to for this place, but for me as an endurance athlete the attention and creativity to the treatment plan is critical given some of the complicated injuries and I did not find this place to be overly effective for me. I can totally see and understand how this place can be great for others and hope my feedback is taken constructively.

Instead of a knee replacement, I'm hiking without a knee support now. Frozen shoulder? Not anymore! If I need physical therapy, Foothills is where I want to go. They have given me confidence that my body can recover far further than I believed it could. Getting more active in the things I enjoy doing has increased my quality of life. From Russell, and Garrett, to Brooke, Hannah, Sammy and the whole team. A shout out to the ladies on reception who handle the scheduling and appointments. They are awesome. Your program is very individual and dependent upon how you progress. I never felt any pressure to extend myself, but very much appreciate their cheerleading and pressing when necessary to see real improvements. I was almost sad to complete my program and graduate from weeks of recovery after a total knee replacement. I'll miss my regular visits. Keep up the fantastic work guys. Experiencia negativa: This is one of the stupidest facility and worse billing department. I’ve tried reaching their billing department multiple times and numerous voicemails and none returned. After so long without any response they sent that bill to collections and made me pay additional amount. They can’t maintain a payment service which event the smallest of facilities are taking payments online. Just for their out of date services/maintenance and negligence I need to pay additional fee. Even now they don’t return call and they can’t do anything. Stay away if you pay usually with a card or bank account online or get ready to pay the fine after they never respond for billing dept voicemails.

The exercises and treatments helped me to get my full range of movement back and lessen the pain. He is carrying and kind. Vince the owner was very good after my knee replacements. I had to drive a little bit to get there, but it was worth it.

He was able to keep me involved in continuing my treatment at home. and very capable in relieving my symptoms at my appointments. Experiencia fantástica: I had my right hip replacement in April and immediately started therapy with Garrett and Russell. We were able to get quite a bit of my PT done, with the help of the support personnel, before my next hip surgery on the left side. This made it much easier the second time around. The atmosphere was uplifting and and the gals at the front desk were very friendly and helpful getting my appointments scheduled around my appointments with the doctors. Russell and Garrett were very clear on daily exercises, while at home and were very thorough when I was in House at Foothills each time. I applaud them for what they did for me to get me where I'm at now six months later. I'm back at work and climbing ladders again, without the pain I had before my. Thank you Foothills!

Worked with Physical Therapist Russell Semmier as well as pretty much the rest of the entire staff at the South Chandler Location. My injury was a fully detached right tricep at the base of the elbow. After surgery, Russell reviewed my surgeons notes from the surgery and put together a PT program to get me back as close to 100% as possible. Russell is very knowledgeable, willing to listen, and put together a program that with the completion, allowed me to walk out the door and head right back to work and the gym. Number one, I got much better due to thier outstanding people and treatment. Even through Covid-19 I continued treatment without the concern becasue of there attention to social distancing contant disinfecting of all areas and equipment. As my favorit PT was Wade Wiesnicht, when he was not available the other PT were outstanding with the attention and knowledge that improved my quality of life. I wish I had gone here first.

Each person who assisted me was so caring. While doing exercises, I was carefully monitored and given suggestions if I were not properly doing the exercise. Not only are the very knowledgeable, but they are very personable and easy to relate to. I have had the pleasure of working with 7-8 different individuals there over the past 2 weeks and all are amazing. I especially like the fact that they have a structured and consistent exercise program so that the treatment is consistent no matter with whom I am working. I am 4 weeks out of surgery and my doctor has told me that my recovery is about 2 weeks ahead of schedule. I couldn't be more pleased.

Experiencia fantástica: When you need to go to therapy for anything it can make you feel apprehensive. As you enter Foothills Physical Therapy everyone, including the front desk girls make you feel very welcome! Once you are checked in, within a couple minutes someone comes to get you. The therapist talks to you and asks you how you are and if anything has changed since your last visit. The therapists assistants are just as good! They monitor every exercise you do to make sure you are doing it correctly. This is so important because prior to coming here I had went to another facility that messed me up because they did not show me the proper way of doing certain things and I ended up not being able to walk correctly and I have no balance. You will not be sorry that you chose Foothills! They really are great!

They listen to your concerns and try to make the session as beneficial as possible without overworking you.
