Based on my condition and needs, he has provited the services that are very effective . I feel my right leg's flexibility and strength are greatly improved. My husband Peter is 88 years old and suffers from sevier heart desease. He has also recieved 3 therapy sessions for multi-spots of body pain and feeling fartigue recently. His therapist, Nick is also very nice. He kept encouraging and motivating Peter to go through each session with humor. Peter and I both agree Banner Therapy Services-Chandler is the best compared with other 3 or 4 therapy centers we had visited in past. We love the spacious and clean layout of the facility. We love that our responses have never been negleted and our therapy sessions have never been cut short. We will recomment Benner Therapy Services-Chandler to anyone who needs physical therapy. Experiencia positiva: I have been a patient at Banner PT Chandler for both a knee replacement and now with a spine issue. I have never had to wait, am always starting treatment on time. The therapists never have more than 2 patients at a time and do not rely on techs for treatments. Tommy always asks how I am feeling and tailors by session to meet my needs. I highly recommend this practice. I would give them a 5 star review but for the receptionist. She does not greet patients, is not aware of who is there, frequently involved in personal conversations. On my first visit, I arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment time to complete paperwork as requested. After signing in I sat down and was never acknowledged. Tommy came to get me for my treatment and was then told by the receptionist that I would need to complete the paperwork after the session. I was upset and told her I had been there for 30 minutes and her response was that she hadn’t seen me. Apparently not only does she not look up, but does not look at the sign in sheet.

Experiencia fantástica: Jennifer was a great PT for me-she taught me exercises that I could do at home for my shoulder, so I can continue to improve on my own....she is very patient and also explains everything she is recommending, and explains the mechanics behind an injury, also. I would recommend her!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great place. Everyone was very friendly from making my appointments, to getting checking in and Tommy Mai is an excellent Physical Therapist. He knows his stuff and is fun to talk with. I had minor knee discomfort going downstairs. I completed three appointments, got a few exercises I could work on at home, and now have no pain going downstairs.

Experiencia fantástica: This location is very clean, and easy to get in and out of. My PT, Brittany Cline, is pleasant, attentive, and knowledgeable. First two appointments have gone well and pushed me at a pace that works for my body. First appointment was by myself with therapist which was really great customer service. Second appointment was simultaneous with another patient, but Brittany did a great job balancing both of us and keeping us busy (just not the same as having the PT to yourself :-)). All together this place is a solid A so far.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely wonderful experience from the minute i arrived at my first appointment. Due to scheduling, I was unable to get an appointment at the Ocotillo location. Banner easily changed the locution of my initial appointments to the Dobson location. When scheduling permitted, I was able to switch to Ocotillo seamlessly. And let me tell you about the two wonderful young Physical therapists: Tommy and Kaitlyn. Both of them welcomed me to my physical therapy sessions with a smile a positive attitude and a genuine care for my condition. Each of them in their own way connected with me on a personal level which makes my therapy so much more than just physical. Tommy was interested in my past career and fascinated by the work I did. Kaitlyn was kind enough to listen to, and actually laugh at a few of my absolutely horrible jokes. Both while showing a genuine caring and concern. I have been attending Physical therapy related to my knee since 1988 and this has been the best Physical therapy experience of all.

Experiencia fantástica: My pt Josh was amazing in helping me find ways to alleviate my intense heel pain that I suffer from Plantar fasciitis/bursitis of the heel. He gave me helpful tips on what stretches to do as well as excersizes which has helped me out alot with the pain. He also gave me good information about elevating my feet every day so the swelling in my ankle from a previous sprain will go down finally.Thankyou Josh at Banner pt for helping me with my ailments

Experiencia negativa: For what Banner PT charges per Physical Therapy session, $133/session, I felt that I was being ripped off for the bad service provided there. Only on my first visit there, the therapist spent about 15 minutes to evaluate my knee issue and showed me some stretch exercises, the rest of the subsequent sessions, she spent less than 5 minutes to lightly (I felt like she was touching rather than massaging) worked on my knee then sent me off to do stretch exercises on my own while she was busy taken care other patient. After the second and third time going there, I started asking myself why I even need to come here when I could do all of these exercises at home on my own. I should have quit going there after realizing it was a waste of money and time to go there when I was not attentive nor received better service from this place. I told my friend my disappointment at Banner PT, she highly recommended me to go to ATI Physical Therapy (ATI PT) so I switched to ATI PT after spending 5 sessions at Banner PT. Now that I have gone to 2 different Physical Therapy places, I could say that ATI PT is ways ways ways much better than Banner PT. I would never ever recommend anyone to go to Banner PT and I really don't understand why people rated Banner PT too high while I think it offers terrible service given how much they charge for each session. I guess maybe those never gone to a different PT in order to compare? First of all ATI PT charges only $81/session, more than $50 saving for each time going there. At ATI PT, the therapist takes good care of each patient, he spends about 15 to 20 minutes EACH TIME I am there to stretch/massage my knee along with using different tools like the scraper or massaging gun to help relaxing the muscles around the knee. After that he has me to do stretch exercises for 45 minutes. During this time he mostly hands off to his assistant to attend me while I am doing each set of exercises. Once I'm done with all my exercises, the assistant will ice my knee at the same time run the TEN unit to help with the soreness and swollen of my knee. I did NOT get any of these great services at Banner PT. Hence, I usually spend about 1.5 hours at ATI PT while at Banner I spent just about 50 minutes to at most 1 hour because they did not do anything to me besides 5 minutes to check on my knew then the therapist takes care other patient while telling me do this exercise or that exercise then you're done! What's a big different service between Banner and ATI PT! Another point I need to mention that the therapist at ATI PT even went beyond his service by asking me if I ever take any X-ray or MRI for my knee, I said yes and he pulled out my knee X-ray from Simonmed to see exactly what's wrong with my knee so he could come up with the right plan to get my knee better. I wish Banner PT did just half of the wonderful services that ATI PT provides to their patients, then I would not be so upset to write up this kind of review for Banner PT.

She is the only one I will let work on me when I have knee or back issues and I can always count on her getting me functional again! She has a wealth of knowledge well beyond her years. The staff at Banner physical therapy in Chandler is and continues to be a wonderful group of people to work with. Not only do they actually listen to what you're saying, but they are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable to go along with it. If you're looking to be treated with patience, kindness and be truly taken care of through your rehab journey, I highly recommend this location. I have never felt any kind of rush to my rehab so they can finish up with me and move on to the next patient. That is very important, to me at least. Andres is a cool guy to work with and seems to genuinely be as concerned about my rehab as I am. Jogging saved my life, literally, and I am grateful to be working with someone who genuinely cares as much as I do about healing, getting better and getting my life back. Thank you Banner PT. The therapist I was assigned was personable and caring, he did a complete evaluation and really got to understand what my challenges were before putting together a thorough workout plan. Each visit we discussed how well the previous treatment worked as well as any additional issues. I appreciate all the personalized attention he gave me.
