Experiencia negativa: I have been trying to cancel all my TMS appointments. I have called 3 times. I sent multiple messages through the portal. They won’t cancel them. Then tonight I talk to Carolyn the manager and she said they only cancel the next 2 and won’t give a reason why she can’t cancel all of them. They said they can’t actually talk to the office and I can’t actually talk to the office BUT someone can call me to cancel them. Oh and the technician who does my TMS texts me on my phone and asks me about how it’s going. I tell her I don’t like it I want to cancel and guess what no response. Horrible horrible service. How does this help someone when you can’t talk to someone who will listen and actually cancel your appointments.

Their chiropractors, physical therapists, and massage therapists are all amazing. The staff is exceptionally professional, friendly, and accommodating. The supplements are cutting edge and of the highest quality. Their equipment they use from cold laser, to PEMF, and Shockwave therapy are all top notch in their respective markets. In my last visit I used their Shockwave machine (a quality one) and reversed a lot of my restriction post-shoulder surgery- in just one visit. Worth its weight in gold. Thanks!

The staff is all really friendly and helpful and the treatment that I got was customizable to target my pain and mobility issues. I paid about $2200 for a 20 session plan. This plan included: •10 spinal decompression sessions • 20 massage gun and assisted stretch sessions •20 chiropractic adjustments They do take insurance, unfortunately they were out of network and I had to pay all out of pocket due to my HDHP. Just something to be aware of.

More than a chiropractor office. They focus on wellness. The stretching and massage added much needed relief. Finally found an amazing chiropractor.

They have a great staff and make it feel personable. I started having back issues and they were able to come up with a to get me back to where I was before. Experiencia fantástica: I was a little taken aback when the appointment was $100–the most I’ve ever paid for a chiropractor. But then when I realized I got some stretching, decompression, and percussion on trouble spots on my back, in addition to an adjustment I was less skeptical. When I left and felt so much better I was not skeptical at all anymore. It’s definitely worth the extra money to get the 45-60 minutes of work that helps as opposed to the quick 5-10 minute adjustments and run I’ve had at other chiropractors.

Experiencia negativa: They will recommend treatment saying the same canned diagnosis that they tell all who visit and will take X-rays for no real reason, look up scammy practices within chiropractic care and they check the boxes. I was charged for months that I was not receiving care after I stopped going due to treatment not being personalized and feeling worse. Thank you Dr Dan.

Experiencia negativa: Grant Chiropractic is not following mask mandates and masks are not required at this practice. My service was fine, but I am appalled that a business claiming to be medical in nature is not requiring masks. EDIT: In the spirit of full transparency, Casey with Grant Chiropractic called me to discuss and stated they cannot force, only request, people to wear masks per Maricopa mandates (this is untrue). She also stated that all staff are required to wear masks while away from their desks and working with patients. Perhaps I caught this office in a chaotic or tumultuous moment in life, but the information she shared was directly contradictory to what I observed while at the practice (which was both patients & staff not wearing masks in common areas and a complete lack of social distancing).

Experiencia negativa: At first I was very hopeful of this place. They did my xrays and went over them a little. The physical therapy and the therapist are great! However, the Chiropractor Dr's did the same "adjustments" to me as they do to everyone regardless of what the patients xrays show. Because of this approach that wasn't tailored to my specific case, I left the place with more pain in my back each time I went. Also, the doctors were not personal and seemed like they just wanted to get their adjustment over with and get me out of the door. They were distracted while adjusting me and some doctors caused me so much pain while adjusting. I never had neck pain but since going to them my neck pain has not stopped. They messed up my neck so bad. I had prepaid 20 appointments and still have like half left but will not be going back. I wish I could get my money back. I will be going to a new chiropractor that will actually ADJUST my back and just pop things.

From the doctors giving me personal one on one , the massage, the therapy and adjustment made me feel so much better. Everyone was super nice with amazing customer service not to mention the beautiful office. I'll definitely not wait so long to go back.

Experiencia fantástica: I got adjusted by Dan for the first time ever in my life and it was amazing. I have had neck pain for a while now, but after the adjustment I feel brand new and my neck is no longer tight. I also have pretty bad Plantar Fasciitis so Dan suggested we try out the Chattanooga Shockwave Therapy for my arches in my feet. This was very helpful and provided immediate relief. I am constantly on my feet for 10-12 hours per day and even days after, the pain has subsided. In addition, the CBD products they have there has worked well for my muscle aches and plantar fasciitis. 10/10 recommend!!!

They helped get the curve back in my neck after years of sitting at a desk job! I have been going ever since! Recently i was in a very bad motorcycle accident. I couldn't lift my eyebrow. They did dry needling! Problem solved! I also had a botched surgery on my knee after the accident. It was discovered I had a 70% tear in my patella and several other tear's. The surgeon wanted to do surgery again, and open my knee back up and start over.. but..Grant Chiropractor was there for me again!! They started using shock therapy on my knee and referred me for plasma and stem cell treatment. Lets just say the surgeon's won't be seeing me again!!! They have been a life savior for me! I would recommend them to anyone..and everyone! I can't even begin to tell you! Hugs to you and your team!! I can't say enough good things about them!

They helped me pinpoint the exact problems and started a specialized therapy regime catered to me. My quality of life has increased so much that I feel like I've gotten my life back. People now comment on how much better my posture is and I almost never have migraines these days. If I do, I can schedule an appointment for that day usually and after some special techniques Dr. Grant and his team employ, I leave migraine free every time. I cannot recommend Dr. Grant's enough. If you want a chiropractor that not only cares and a staff that treats you with care and respect, but to actually get better and stay that way, you've found the place.
