Experiencia negativa: Warning* If i could give zero stars, I would. I arrived early, was called back late, never saw the actual physical therapist, called that same day to tell them I was using another therapy center and asked if I owed for the evaluation. I was told it was all covered and I did not owe, only to receive a bill 4 months later. The lack of knowledge from staff and the misleading information they provided, is a horrible business practice. Take your loved ones to any other Physical therapy center than this place.

Kat and Becky came up with a plan for both regular and aquatic PT and I am back to being able to enjoy life and my kids without the pain. The whole process with 360 was great from start to finish.

Experiencia negativa: My experience at this particular location was poor. The PT that did my eval did not complete it thoroughly, strength test etc and this is verbally verified by another PT at the Maricopa location. How do you not complete an Eval? How do you ethically submit this to insurance or FMLA claims? Also, the Eval was not sent to my Orthopedist. My therapy started on time but ended early not receiving the full 60 minutes as I felt they didn’t know what to do with me. I pay $60 as a co-pay and expect my full 60 minutes and I’m sorry you don’t have enough tools in your toolbox to treat me for a full 60 minutes. They see 2 people at a time and unable to monitor your technique and are given more rest than actual exercises. I’m disappointed in this place and outpatient therapy as a whole and being a therapist myself I have very high expectation and unfortunately there are a lot of people out there going here and don’t know better. People walk around and practice their gold swings and chat amongst themselves and as long as Star Wars is playing on the TV all is well at this clinic.

I had a Right Knee Total Replacement work with Kyle and Jenn & Bob Wow such professional Therapist im at my 4 week mark im doing Amazing and im walking with out a walker yaaaa I Love 360 .

The place is very organized with good equipment helping so many people heal and strengthen from accident injuries. I'm so happy my doctor referred me there for PT after my accident. I enjoyed all of my sessions and will miss going there now that I am finishing up. Thanks so much James and Bridget for all of your great support! The ladies in the front were very helpful and I appreciate each of them.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to 360 Physical Therapy in Chandler and worked with Dr. Moss for a shoulder/labrum issue. He helped rehab me back to where I am wanting to be, which is lifting weights without pain and just doing all activities of daily life pain free. 10/10 would come back here again.. I hope I don’t have to, because that would mean I’m injured or something, but If that happens again I know I’ll be in good hands.

Experiencia negativa: Update: I have called several times in an attempt to resolve this issue and have been told several times that "someone" will call me back within a day to speak to me about it. No one has called. And now, I am receiving bills for services not rendered. Horrible business practices here! People do not come here when they are at their best so it is shocking to be met with condescending and cynical behavior by the staff. They start treatment late, then tuck you away on a "warm up" for 20 minutes leaving very little time for actual PT. They book two people at a time for one therapist so if the other person needs more direction/attention you are pushed to the side with exercises not being monitored.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience and all due to having to go to an over scheduled location because that's the "preferred" insurance provider. My 14yo daughter injured her hip during gymnastics. It's not the first injury or time we've gone to PT. This experience is the worst though. First, there are no pediatric sports therapists that are "preferred" so we went with a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He did an exam and barely gave any restrictions or what she's allowed to do and gave her 3 exercises that take her less than 5 minutes a day. Her other sports PTs have given her actual PT to do outside of appts. Then, he didn't schedule the first appt until over a week and a half out.. And one appt a week. Then, today, her said he'd reevaluate her and give more difficulty PT. We showed up to today's appt and he left for the day. Nobody called, nobody else could see us and they only have one appt for the next week. With anybody... we even asked if there was anybody else that she could see and they said no. The one appt on Monday, we can't do. Finally, of she wants to miss school on Wednesday they said they could fit her on. Mind you, we are in the office and nobody called, as I'm starting at a sign that says if you miss your appt you'll be charged $25 I found it ironic that the DPT was just not there and nobody notified us and she couldn't see ANYBODY else. Now, she's got another week of gymnastics that she can't participate in, another week that she isn't actually getting any benefit from PT, and a meet next weekend that has already been paid for and that we can't get a refund for that she won't participate in. HORRIBLE experience. Thanks insurance.

Experiencia negativa: Office has bad atmosphere. There's constant bickering and complaining at the front desk involving both PTs and admin. It sets the tone for your entire visit and doesn't create a safe space for healing and recovery. This is the 2nd time I've tried them due to their location. I left then (approx 4-5yrs ago) because of the hostility and it hasn't changed since then. My therapist was friendly while in the treatment area and seemed knowledgeable. Neither the location nor therapist was enough to keep my healthcare dollars going to 360. I do not recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent customer service. If Chandler lines are busy you are transferred to another location that has access to Chandler information. You are never ignored. The Chandler front desk is very helpful, courteous and even fun to talk to. My physical therapist Charles is the best ! He knows you are there to recover and work towards healing. Unlike other therapist I've encountered at other PT locations he and the other Chandler therapists know you are not there for athletic training but are there for THERAPY. They are knowledgeable, caring and fun ! It doesn't have to be a bad experience going to therapy and won't be if you go to this location !

Experiencia fantástica: My name is Catherine Forrest my mom is a patient at 360 physical therapy Becky and Kat had been 2 of my mom’s therapist but I have to say the care they have given my mom they have not only strengthened her physically they have emotionally helped her threw so much they have helped to bring her back to her old self before she had fell and broke her femur and hip it’s been 5 months since her accident and I believe 3 months of PT 2x a week and Becky has pushed her to be back to her old self it’s been the biggest blessing as a caregiver watching my mom become more independent thanks to this facility

Experiencia fantástica: After I had spinal surgery I came here to help regain function & feeling back to my leg. I worked with a therapist named Dan H. He was very patient & helped me so much. I whined constantly & while I'm pretty sure he wanted to tell me to shut many more times than I can count, he never did. He had a great sense of humor and laughed a lot with me. He was very encouraging and helped me get thru the sometimes excruciating sessions. When we first met I told him I'd probably need him to be the type of therapist that would push me harder than I wanted & he remembered my telling him that & did so. I'd met my out of pocket maximum with the insurance that year so I wanted to get in as much therapy as possible before years end. He and the rest of the staff worked with me to see I was able to get as many sessions in before the new year started. When I realized my new insurance was going to make PT impossible to afford after the new year they made sure I knew exactly what to keep doing at home to make sure I got as much function back as possible in my leg. I'm very appreciative for all their hard work, patience and the overall excellent care! I'd highly recommend this facility if you're needing physical therapy. If it's for your low back ask for Dan.

Experiencia negativa: I went here after my doctor referred me for a sprained ankle. I told the therapist that my ankle had been swollen and discolored for a while and she told me that was usual. Every time I left my sessions my ankle hurt worse. Decided to go to a professional (podiatrist) since my therapist apparantely wasnt and come to find out my ankle was broken. The physical therapy just made it worse. Waste of time and money at this place!

Experiencia negativa: Worst customer service..Billing people are not knowledgeable..they told us they accept our insurance and keep sending us bills as ur insurance r out of network..we called billing and again they said your insurance is in network and still keep sending bill as out of network.. we ended paying bills even though we would have not be paying bills as we already reached out of pocket max in in network coverage..even after paying bills in full they keep sending bills..we called and billing customer was soooo rude..will not recommend this location to anyone..

Experiencia positiva: This location has a pool which is a bonus since most PT places don't. The therapists are very friendly and really care about their clients. However, they are super busy and you often have to wait for next steps since your therapist is help 2-3 others. Another therapist can't help you since you are only dedicated to one person unlike other PT places I've been to where all the therapists help all the patients. Also, I wish they used other therapies such as tens units, ultra sound, or massage. I've been for PT after 3 different surgeries and never had or saw those being used.
