Experiencia positiva: I had a car wreck Jan 25 2023 and went Encompass around Feb 1st fir 2 weeks EVERYONE was great but the night tech thwore Mickey Mouse shirt ... when I had her first thing she told me when she came in was "we are Not having a night of pushing that button, if you need something tell me now" later that morning I had to ask the director if he could get some one to help me.... also she would not tell the nurse that I was in pain and I waited over 3 extra hours for pain meds... but TRULY ECERYONE WLSE WAS CARING AND KIND

Experiencia fantástica: The excellent care that was provided by all the staff at Encompass was top notch. I would highly recommend everyone choose Encompass for their rehabilitation needs. Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient here on two occasions in 2023. The first time was in March - April after I underwent a below knee amputation on my right leg. During that visit I was very, VERY well taken care of by the staff of nurses and therapists at Encompass Health. From my Physical Therapist Deann to my Occupational Therapist Kelly, the Wound Care Specialist Jordan and all the other nurses and therapy staff that I came in contact with while I was there were all phenomenal not only at their jobs but at being personable and attentive to what my needs and goals were during that visit. So much so, that I chose to return to Encompass Health once I received my prosthesis in May. The second visit was also phenomenal just like my first visit. That time my therapy team was Aubree for Occupational Therapy and Nicole for Physical Therapy. They were very attentive to my needs at that point and were pivotal in supporting, encouraging, and guiding me toward my goals with my new prosthesis. I actually had no idea that Encompass Health did prosthetic training prior to going there for it myself. Now that I have a better understanding of what services they offer and the level of care they consistently provide, I will be recommending them to any and all that I come in contact with that are in need of any services I now know they provide.

Experiencia positiva: I have been a patient here twice. Once as a new amputee and once after suffering a stroke. I received excellent care and met my recovery goals with the help of a physical therapy staff that was patient and truly seemed to care about getting me better! I found the food to be quite delicious and felt quite comfortable being there and with their strategy for my improvement! The ladies on the therapy floor made me feel like I was important and were very sweet. They were also very easy on the eyes! Thanks y'all for helping this old country boy get better!
