Experiencia fantástica: The staff recognized that I may have been in an abusive situation, even though I wasn’t ready to tell someone. They were kind and offered support, and their physician documentation was objective and not in violation of my human rights. In other words, the doctors documented that what I was expressing was odd but that I did not require further hospitalization or mandated medication.

Experiencia fantástica: Just wanted to take some time out to say.. I’ve not been feeling too great leading up to this past weekend -chest discomfort, neck/ jaw pain and pain in my left arm that had me nervous and a bit worried about a heart attack or stroke. When I got up this morning I definitely dreaded going into the ER and debated which to go to (as I’ve had many long long waits and not so good service at the other hospital here in Dubuque!) But I have to say I was VERY satisfied with the service, sense of urgency and treatment from Dr. Waack and his care team. I feel like they did All they could to rule out the bigger/worst case scenarios for me and while I do still feel a little discomfort I surely feel better mentally and am not as nervous that something serious is going on with my body before I can follow up with my PCP ..so Thank you to ALL of the staff there this morning/afternoon and everyday as I’m sure you all do/try your best.
