Essentia Health-West Duluth Clinic: Physical Therapy (Clinic)

Experiencia fantástica: I just finished my PT session with therapist Kris… what a wonderful experience! She was so caring and helped me so much after my knee replacement. I want to book more sessions just for the heck of it to have her show me new exercises! She’s that good and Avery nice person! Thank you Kris????.

Experiencia positiva: I love the providers here. I feel very cared for and listened to by all levels of medical professionals, but most (not all) of the receptionists make me feel very stupid. It's impossible to schedule physical therapy over the phone. I've never called at a time where the PT receptionist has picked up. I could leave a message and wait for them to get back to me at their own leisure, but I have work too. I can't wait by my phone for a call back. I'm going to at least try a different Essentia location to get physical therapy.
