Thanks to his expertise and the exercises he recommended, my knee has improved a lot. Everyone at Ignite is friendly, and I’m really happy with my progress. I highly recommend this place!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place!! After a total knee replacement, I found out the PT I’d planned on going to didn’t take my insurance. I’d heard good things about Ignite, and it was close, so I took a chance. The universe (aka Danielle at the front desk) was looking out for me and placed me on Richie’s schedule, and he has been spectacular. We worked hard!! Richie was professional but also warm, encouraging, kind and personable. He really listened to me. I could tell that his focus was on helping me get stronger and back to real life … and that’s exactly what happened. My surgeon was thrilled with my progress after six weeks - said I was ahead of schedule and could graduate from PT. I’ve scheduled the second knee replacement for next month, and I there’s no way I’d go anywhere else. I couldn’t recommend Ignite any more highly.

Experiencia fantástica: If you need a physical therapist - look no further! Hands down the most knowledgeable PT’s I’ve worked with. All providers receive extensive training, are certified in manipulations, dry needling, and ASTYM. Manual therapy is their expertise and not just exercise based! So good - highly recommend for anyone in the valley!

Experiencia fantástica: Who would have ever thought to go to physical therapy for TMJ! I found the best therapists for treatment at Ignite Physical Therapy, Jaime Garrido and Richie Becerra! Though I am being seen for multiple reasons, the whole staff couldn’t be any more friendly and make you feel very comfortable during your sessions. Jaime always has a positive attitude and truly cares about how a person is feeling and progressing every week. I highly recommend Ignite PT!

Thanks to Joe, Tara, and the amazing staff at Ignite PT, he was back to 100%, pain-free, and didn't miss his high school baseball try-outs! Experiencia fantástica: After my car accident (head on at 50 mph) I felt fine and three days later I got out of bed and hit the floor. The pain was intense and no pain med would touch it. Joe and his staff got me in and in about 12 weeks I was pain free and back at the gym, until I overdid it again. Joe continued to take care of the problem which ended up being a pinched nerve in my hip. I have no pain now and I continue to go to Ignite just to make sure.

The individual care received at Ignite is unmatched by any other PT practice I have seen. He takes the time to assess and listen to any concerns you may have during every single visit. He never fails to go above and beyond his role as a physical therapist. Joe and his staff truly care about your health and progress. If you’re looking for a PT, trust me, Joe is the guy you want.

Experiencia fantástica: I had my left ACL replaced on 11JUN14. On 27JUN14 I was released to start my physical therapy. Being a bit "handicapped" I wanted to take my physical therapy somewhere close. I had seen the Ignite building many times as it was pretty much across teh street from me so I decided to go there. Funny story, I actually looked up physical therapists on my insurance list for who was on their list. I was in a rush and found Kinect Physical Therapy on the map (also just off Riggs), called, and made an appointment. I showed up at Ignite for my "appointment" to which they kindly said that I was not in the system. I figured that maybe something got missed... then as I was filling out the normal paperwork it dawned on me that I was at the wrong place. I confirmed with Ignite that I was covered under my insurance and then called Kinect to say that I wouldn't be with them. Ignite is the place that I wanted - they had good reviews on Yelp as well as being super close to me so I stuck with them. Sorry Kinect! I am now about 3 weeks into my treatment at Ignite. I have worked with or been worked on by Joe (Physical Therapist), Ashley (Technician), and Tara (Occupational Therapist). The short story on them is that they are great all around. As for treatment they have a nice blend of hands-on therapy (i.e. massages), manual exercises for you to do yourself (i.e. heel slides, stationary bike), and technology (i.e. ultrasound, laser, electrical muscle stimulation). I have done other therapy for other ailments and the blend ratio was much different than here (i.e. all manual exercises, etc.). The multi-directional approach, at least to me, seems sound and I personally appreciate it. I feel that there are some things that are better served by manual exercises over technology and vice-versa. And let us face the facts, nobody wants to go in somewhere, pay money (insurance or not) just to be given manual exercises that they could probably look up online and do at home. As an added bonus all the other patients there are friendly too. As you may have guessed you end up getting on similar schedules and start seeing the same people all the time... which is kind of cool. Since I am stuck at home with my leg I have been designated as the babysitter so I've had to take them into Ignite. All the workers there are kid-friendly so as long as your kids can be self-sustaining and respectful then Ignite wouldn't mind them be there. Just make sure that they don't decide to sit on their sandwich like my son did. The place seems to make good use of their floor as well. They have multiple tables along the wall where 80% of the work seems to take place and then exercise equipment in the middle and then some free-weights and mats along the wall. See the pictures. Furthermore they also have two rooms with doors just in-case you want a massage (by their in-house massage therapist, Kyle) or you are a little shy about showing skin for any treatment that requires you to lift your shirt/pants (i.e. laser treatment), I haven't seen anyone use that but I do want to make it known that there is an option if that is something that concerns you. A few little random things to wrap this review up. They do seem clean as well. Doing the exercises does get you a little sweaty on the tables and the tables are cleaned right there in front of you. Again, nice to see. They also have a TV to watch and if nothing is on/playing then they usually just have Pandora or something playing. All-in-all, a great place. I am happy with them so far and I will update this review if anything changes.

Experiencia fantástica: I had been dealing with a nagging bicep injury in both arms from different injuries from about 4 to 6 months by the time I saw Joe and his staff. I just want to say that after six short visits, I had made tremendous progress in recovery and am now virtually back to 100% Each time I went in, I was greeted warmly and promptly, and felt during each visit attention to detail was given to heal my injury. I highly recommend Ignite PT. I’m sure I will find a way to injury myself again if I do I will surely be back.

Experiencia fantástica: My family has been coming to Ignite for years. Joe and the staff are top notch. Recently Discovered this new technique and it has been life changing! I have OA due to a knee injury in my mid 20’s and not a whole lot has stopped the stiffness/soreness but the dry needling with the stim is amazingand helped tremendously. I recommend this to everyone I can.

Experiencia fantástica: Has been my go to place for physical therapy for my for the past 5 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Everyone there is very kind and friendly from the front desk to the therapists! All the therapists there are very caring and really put the time and effort to treat you! After getting my shoulder reconstructed followed by frozen shoulder requiring another surgery I thought that was it for lifting and boxing! But nope! Thanks to the guys at ignite I have been able to get back to training and doing what I love! Thanks ignite!

Experiencia negativa: Overbooked- lots of waiting around with little communication on what's going on. I was booked for a 7am appt, sat in the waiting room for 15 min, stayed on the table with heat a pad for 30min and then waited another 15 min until I finally let the front desk know I'm wasting my time. Had to leave at 8am for work so really a whole hour wasted for a 30min of heating pad session. I can only imagine how much they charged my insurance for this visit.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming here for nearly 6 years and this place has become my second home! From a torn shoulder and pulled muscles to shin splints and runners knee, they have helped me through everything. Joe and the rest of the staff are so kind and genuinely care about their patients. I am so thankful that I came to Ignite over any other physical therapies and intend on coming back here for any future problems I might have.

Experiencia fantástica: After having my ACL reconstruction surgery 5 months ago, I spent the first 2 months of PT at a different facility and made NO progress. Thankfully, I switched to Ignite 3 months ago and have made so much progress! Ignite uses a hands on approach and they treat the whole extremity and all muscles surrounding it. They have all different types of treatments and they really care about your and your healing. I highly recommend Ignite!

They are always accomodating to our schedules and have positive attitudes. Joe has worked with me for back and shoulder issues and knee and back issues for my daughter. Experiencia negativa: Absolutely horrible place for children’s physical therapy. They used a little packet they printed out for instruction on stretches for my daughter. Did not do well in the handling of her and then charged us more than necessary for time. They are counting every minute even if it’s time you waited for them to come into the room. Do not go here. We wasted a couple hundred dollars and got nothing out of it. Go to a specialist like Way To Grow in Chandler.

From the very first phone call I found the front office to be super friendly and highly accommodating. I have received two ASTYM treatments and I cannot believe the progress that I am making already. The staff is incredible and so professional. I would refer Ignite to anyone, in fact I am already spreading the word. Personally, I see Jaime and he is amazing. So happy to have found Ignite and look forward to making more progress.

Experiencia fantástica: I started therapy shortly after having knee surgery. Never needing PT before I was unsure where to go or what to expect, so I went to an office closest to me. I never felt comfortable or confident with them (Az Manual Therapy). Thankfully, I was referred to Joe at Ignite and I couldn't be more happier! Its a further drive for me (25 Min) but I would make an even further drive for this place! The entire staff is amazing, they make you feel welcomed, comfortable and at ease! After one visit, I was confident I was in the right place for my recovery and my knee has progressed phenomenally thanks to therapists Joe and Jaime and assistants Chris and Brie! They know what they are doing and use a variety of techniques to get you better! I actually look forward to my appointments. I insist on referring anyone I know to come here for any pains/aches/recovery. My 9yr old already feels better after one visit for his back. I wish more medical professions gave experiences like at Ignite!

Experiencia fantástica: Joe Poloni is an excellent physical therapist and his staff is excellent. Joe helped our son regain strength and mobility in his knee after MPFL surgery. We are so thankful for his expertise and his care. Our son is an athlete and is back playing soccer at a competitive level, and his performance is better than before surgery. Thank you Joe and the staff at Ignite! So thankful for the recommendation we received to come here.

I honestly don’t think he realizes he is getting therapy and getting his arm strong again. Jaime has been amazing with him and all of the staff is great. Experiencia positiva: I brought my niece for her appointment; she spent a great amount of time waiting for the different therapists to get to her. I thought it odd that they did not give her 2 or 3 exercises to do while she waited for someone to get back to her. When a therapist was working with her, they spent their time in conversation with someone other than my niece. I found this to be unprofessional, as well as disconcerting since one therapist was twisting my niece's neck while he chatted with the woman on the next table. Not sure my niece is getting the treatment she is paying for at this business.

I was treated for golfers elbow utilizing various treatments such as dry needling and ASTYM and the results were amazing! I am 100% pain free and back to enjoying golf! I will definitely return for any future PT needs!

Experiencia fantástica: I walked in with a bit of doubt and a lot of pain! With multiple varieties of therapy and aggressive work, including some at home work - I am finally pushing heavy weight over my head again with no pain in my bicep, back and shoulder! Oh - and they fixed my plantar fasciitis too! Seriously, these guys are AMAZING! The staff at Ignite is so incredibly knowledgeable and pinpointed exactly where the pain was stemming from and fixed it! So relieved and fortunate to have these guys in my backyard! ... and they are hilarious to boot - they love their jobs and you can tell!

They take the time to really pin point your issues and help you work through them and prevent them from reoccurring. They Listen to you and that is huge!

Experiencia fantástica: I feel very blessed to have found Ignite. I have had a total of three shoulder surgeries. After my first surgery I went to the physical therapist suggested by my doctor and recovery was not what it should have been. I went on to have 2 more shoulder surgeries and found Ignite through my pain management doctor. Ignite took me to a FULL recovery after my third surgery! If only I would have had them directly after my first surgery I may have been able to skip the other surgeries and years on pain. I highly recommend Ignite to anyone in need of physical therapy. They use many different modalities of treatment and ensure that you are getting the care you really need to make a full recovery back to your everyday activities. I am now back to enjoying yoga and can enjoy adventure travel without any issues. Its really great to be able to backpack again!

Experiencia fantástica: So impressed with the staff at Ignite. Started there for a torn labrum in my shoulder. After about a month, my pain got worse and Joe figured I had developed frozen shoulder. He was right. Joe, Alex and Wade are amazing. Love how therapy is both manual manipulation and exercise. All PT's have their own unique way of treatment and all are very patient and caring. They genuinely want you to heal. I was sent with my own pulley to continue my exercises at home in addition to a lacrosse ball. When my pain level had escalated, they arranged for me to get a tens unit. The staff want you to heal. The gals at the front desk are always willing to help with any questions or insurance issues. "G" and Chris are there to guide you through your exercises and provide support. The fun and comfortable atmosphere help to take your mind off of your ailments. Neat to see patients from babies to seniors. Nothing they can't do at Ignite!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a fantastic office, they really care about you and really know what they are doing, very knowledgeable. They are flexible with appointment times, and really care about what you are going through. If you are in pain, they will get you in! I went to two other very well known physical therapy offices before Ignite and it was a complete waste of time. They don't do a few things and give you a few exercises and send you on your way...They do a variety of different treatments and work with you to make your pain go away. Don't waste your time and money like I did, go here first, you won't be sorry! I have been going to Ignite for neck, upper back and shoulder pain. My husband went there for lower back pain and after a few treatments, he could not believe how little his regular physical therapy office did for him. I am so glad they are near my house, but they are worth the drive!

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Ignite Physical Therapy. I was having knee pain that the doctor thought might need surgery, but he wanted me to see Joe first. I'm glad I did. I was feeling better after just a few visits and can hike and do everything I want to now that treatment is over. He encouraged me to continue the exercises at home following the dry-needle treatments in the office. Everyone knew me by name and I the treatment was specific to my injuries as he made individual treatments for each of the other patients that were in. If you need PT, Ignite is the place to go without doubt!

I have been seeing Joe, Alex, and the whole team due to a Anterior Cervical disectomy with fusion surgery, my experience every time is fantastic.
