Experiencia fantástica: FANTASTIC P/T GROUP!!!! Met Mimi on Monday 12-2-2024 who is the office manager. What a fantastic and very helpful young lady. She made me feel welcome the very first day I walked in and asked questions about becoming a new patient. Her input and expression throught our conversation made me feel that they wanted to help me. On the 4th I met with Greg Davidson PT, DPT for the first time. He was terrific. Wish I had him for any and all of my Medical needs. He asked many questions in a nice slow manner & also wanted my input and to ask questions going forward. I will be going their for awhile needing help due to neck & shoulder pain. I would give the Empower, Chandler Team 10 stars if I could and highly, highly recommend them for help when needed. Thank you Mimi & Greg. Ken Mack

They have all the necessary equipment and know all the correct rehabilitation techniques to help you in your journey to recovery. They had me golfing in six weeks and bowling in ten, A great surgeon is the first step but if you don't follow through with the rehab you will still be in pain. I have worked with Sean in the past and am now working with Austin. He spends a lot of one-on-one time with me and explains how each of my exercises work toward my recovery plan. Austin also gives me additional exercises to do at my pool at home. I appreciate the entire team of assistants as well, especially Kyle who is smart and funny. I feel confident that Austin and his co-workers will get me back on my bike and back to my life. Thank you Kinect!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the first time I visited Empower Physical Therapy at Sun lake. They open at 7am which fits my schedule perfectly. It's very much like a gym inside. The staff is very helpful and my therapist Maryam is very professional and super nice. It's about 70min visit and I got detailed take home instruction on the exercises. I'm looking forward for next visit.

Maryam, is the best, requested her specifically again as she worked as hard as i did in working the pain from the new knee(s) and associated muscles.

I have been to other therapy places for the same issue and Empower has me do exercises and stretches that the other place didn’t give me, but that really help to strengthen the areas I’m having trouble with. With lower back , knee and shoulder all caused by arthritis, the therapy team has always provided excellent care. They assign exercises for self care at home between appointments. They always explain what the exercise does for your body. All the staff is caring about their patients keeping safety first. I would never transfer to another company. If you have pain, call Kinect in Chandler. The are absolutely awesome!!!

I have been a client for almost 4 months due to a difficult knee replacement. My therapists have helped using a variety of treatments not available at other physical therapy companies. I always get excellent advise on how I can help myself at home. I do not believe I would be as successful on my recovery if I did not have this excellent team working with me. I will definitely be returning to this facility when it comes time for my second knee surgery.

Experiencia fantástica: I was in extreme pain with Sciatica. I made my way in and was evaluated and started a program as prescribed for my issues. I was able to walk upright to my car after 1 hour of therapy. I returned 4 more times and did the stretching and mobility exercises in between visits. The addition of deep tissue massage and traction made it possible for me to walk normally. Physical therapy is real and saved my sanity. Thanks to all!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been with Kinect/Empower since 2009 after knee replacement surgeries. I am currently using them to rebuild strength and mobility after shoulder surgery. I cannot say enough about the awesome experiences I have had with them. I have used the Chandler and San Tan Valley locations. The staff is wonderful, knowing what needs to be achieved and gets their clients to that 100% point. Would strongly recommend either location to someone looking for an awesome physical therapy place for all their muscle and orthopedic problems.

Experiencia fantástica: I am currently going to Kinect Physical Therapy 3 times a week. This is the 4th time i have used them because they are the Best of the Best. Their facility is a very comfortable place. You don't feel like other patients are on top of you. My therapist is Nicole Carbajal who has helped me through my therapy each time . She and her teammates are amazing.. Not only are they very knowledgeable but they are also very comforting . No one likes the idea of having to go to physical therapy but Kinect makes your experience a positive one.. I give them a 5 star A+ rating. A year later I am back to Empower Physical Therapy for a shoulder problem. I am so glad I have found this place . I didn't realize how many times I would be needing to return there for different problems that have come up. They really are awesome and the facility is so large and comfortable.

When I first started coming here my shoulder was weak and my mindset was set that I would need surgery and it wasn’t going to get better. All of the therapists, techs, and trainers exhibit a high level of compassion and expertise. Their knowledge is evident in every exercise they employ. They communicate with you to let you know why they are doing what they are doing. In my opinion, it is the best clinic in the valley.

My wife had double shoulder replacement and went to Empower PT when they were known as Kinect PT. She highly recommended them to me. I had a total knee replacement and Kyle Kleitsch is my physical therapist. I am enjoying my sessions with him. I appreciate the care, service and knowledge he gives me during my sessions. He explains everything that he is doing and why certain exercises are important to continue when I am at home. I would not hesitate to recommend Empower PT to anyone who would need physical therapy service. They are a great group of physical therapists.

It’s very rare to find a place that will go beyond their training and actually listen to your specific concerns and your specific situation. Experiencia fantástica: Amazing bunch of people here. Kyle spent time with me learning not only why I was there, but my health history as well. This is HUUUGE for me, given surgery on my right shoulder in 2015 and a front and rear entry spinal fusion in 2016. Places have had me attempt excercises that inflame these constant pain points....Kyle and his team have modified my treatment plan as much as necessary and whenever necessary to accommodate and reach my goals without adding more pain from old surgeries. No other establishment has shown even a fraction of the personal care and compassion, the commitment, these guys have, to truly help people. And to add to the amazingness of the staff....not only did they remember my fiance Rachel and my four year old Harmony after our FIRST visit, but asked about them as well!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been comming here for a number of years. Im currently receiving Physical Therapy for total knee replacement. This is my second one at Kinect/Empower. Previously had therapy on a total shoulder joint replacement and two rotator cuff surgery. All were very successful thanks to the PT I received. Everyone here are highly trained and very professional. They are a highly motivated high energy group. They take intrest in your needs and talk to you more like friends and family rather than a patient or number. The PT area is clean and organized. I would definitely recommend Empower to anyone young or old. I have observered them working with a lot of different people in a lot of different situations over the years and am extremely impressed. Nicole is my current therapist. She is not only a awesome therapist but a great motivator. I anticipate another scccessful outcome of my total knee replacement surgery.

She told me that everyone who comes to this location has given her positive feedback, so i took her recommendation and scheduled my initial appointment. I have worked with Nicole for most of my sessions, but have found everyone to be helpful and very friendly. I have made amazing progress and look forward to my appointments now, as I have started to feel so much better. I highly recommend this location, not only do they know what they are doing, they make you feel comfortable as you struggle through the recovery process.

The PT’s are knowledgeable, kind, and pay attention to only you during your appointment. Also, this is the only place I have ever received actual results. I will definitely go to Kinect for any future PT needs that may occur.

Experiencia fantástica: I was going to Kinect for a chronic knee issue. Then, they changed to Empower and I saw Josh one time for my hip issue. My doc changed the course of treatment though but now I am back being treated after a total knee replacement. My doc had me in the day after the replacement and they set me up for success on that first day. They have been very interested in performing to my expectation, but keeping my condition in mind. At times, it is hurting or more swollen then others and they modify treatment accordingly, but every day I progress. Here I am, just 3 weeks out, and with Josh's help (and Natalia's and all the assistants) I already almost have full extension back and am close to 100 degrees on retraction. I have a long road ahead of me, but as long as I work just as hard out of PT as I do in PT, I will get there. The people at Empower listen to you and work to progress you as you can tolerate. I had no question when my doctor asked if I had a physical therapy place.

Experiencia fantástica: Visited KINECT due a consistent pain in my ankle that just would not go away. It was super easy to make an appointment and the staff at the front desk was super friendly on the phone and when I went for the appointments. The PT Kat was awesome. She took the time to ask questions and was very methodical in her approach. After a few treatments of onsite therapy and home exercises home Kat was able to identify the source of the problem and provide corrective action. Would strongly recommend KINECT and the awesome KAT the PT for all your physical therapy needs.

The entire staff is both compassionate and are dedicated to my recovery from my torn rotator cuff. I have recommended them to friends who need PT.

Experiencia fantástica: Kinect has been taking care of my health needs for over 3 years. My first visit was for tendinitis in my right elbow followed by plantar fasciitis in my right foot (I work out hard and sometimes over do it!). Now they’re helping me out with rehab on my left shoulder after getting some bone spurs removed and bicep tendon reattached. I am astonished on the results in just a few short weeks. BTW they coincidentally were highly recommended by my shoulder surgeon too! The Chandler Kinect Crew are awesome... they’re pretty friendly too! I highly recommend their services... whether that be Kelsey, Cami, Dustin, Giovanni (sorry those that I missed). This Jersey transplant still says... “Yous Guys Rock!!!”

The pain lasted over a week so I contact my personal physician, who after seeing me in his office, referred me to Empower Physical Therapy for help in reducing my pain and getting my neck back to normal. I found the personnel at Empower to be courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They explained what and why the therapy was before doing it, which set me at ease. Kyle was very helpful in assessing my condition upon arrival and worked with me throughout the process to restore my neck back to normal condition. When I first went there, Nicole suggested that I space my visits to keep a reserve in case I suffered an injury later in the year. She and Tori have been especially nice and effective to both me and my wife.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff knew who I was when I walked in the door (NORM!). After being brought in by Josh, he listened to me even as I rambled on. We were able to talk pretty in-depth due to me being in sports healthcare, but he was just as easily speaking non-medical terms. Had a few adverse reactions to some of the exercises and he immediately reassessed with both kindness and knowledge of other ways to achieve success with our sessions. I definitely would recommend them for any of your physical therapy needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Thankful. That is what I am for Kinect PT - I have had physical therapy there for three different problems over the last few years and have had great results! Everyone from the front desk staff to the therapy assistants and the therapists themselves are professional and excellent at what they do. They listen, evaluate and come up with a personalized plan which I appreciate. Here's how much I confidence I have in their treatments - my first two times they participated in my insurance plan. This time they are no longer in network (a disappointment for sure) but I decided to use them anyway and pay my deductible out of pocket. Do I wish it wasn't so? Yes. But is it worth the expense ? Yes.
