Experiencia fantástica: Just wanted to say how thankful I am for the care I received. Brand new to the area and my first visit to a doctor at this location. Strangely, I had an unexpected health event on the drive that required immediate attention when I walked in. From the front desk to the nurses, the physician and the lab guy, each one was caring and professional. Many thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: I see two people here, Dr. Baker and Ellen Stephan, APRN, CNP. In addition to these two providers, I can honestly say everyone here at this facility has always been very nice, polite and professional. Everyone from the front desk reception, to the scheduling people. I currently use a wheelchair and they have always been accommodating. These two providers have always been excellent and have taken the time to talk to me personally, get to know me and show genuine care and concern for me whenever I have an issue. I used to go to another hospital in Duluth, another big name hospital we all know, but found them to be rude, incompetent and overall not caring or helpful (it's actually how I ended up in my wheelchair). The people I have seen at this clinic, as well as the other facilities and main hospital downtown have always gone above and beyond and I will always recommend them to friends and family.
