After five sessions with Rebeccah Peterson, my significant to severe back pain improved by 90 to 95%. It continues to improve. I also had nauseating vertigo, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV for a very uncomfortable three days before seeingAri Goldstein. After one Epley treatment, I had 90 % improved symptoms, but became 100% symptom-free in 12 hours. Don’t hesitate to schedule with ATI physical therapy on Chandler Boulevard in Ahwatukee.

Experiencia fantástica: I couldn’t have chosen a better place for rehabbing my broken hip. It’s been a month of Thursdays since I had hip replacement surgery and I’m walking…. hands free! The staff is profressional and attentive to my ability. My sessions are one hour long, three days a week.

Experiencia negativa: They pulled a bait and switch on me. I submitted my health insurance for them to review, as I waned to know what was covered by my health insurance. I waited for a phone call back a few days later where they told me it was simply a $20 co-pay with my insurance picking up the rest. Great! I schedule an initial evaluation appointment for PT on my lower back and the soonest available is 10 days out. I make the appointment. I show up to the appointment and the extremely unhelpful lady behind the desk informs me that the $20 is simply just a session fee and not a co-pay and that I could be liable for up to 40% of the cost of the session (some sessions can be up to $400). I told her that I was informed by someone on her staff that my insurance was covering the session in full. She said "on no, we don't do that for our clientele. but you're welcome to call yourself". I got up and walked out of this scam of a place. BE WEARY!

Experiencia negativa: Caution when considering ATI. Unlike Spooner Physical Therapy, ATI does not provide upfront information about the costs of each service, even when asked before our session. We handed over our three insurance cards, in our initial visit before our session, they made copies of all three. However, they neglected and failed to inform us that AZ ACCESS is not covered within their network, leading to an unexpectedly substantial bill later on. Additionally, they have a tendency to suggest more sessions than the patient truly requires and needs. Upon contacting their billing office, the representative simply recited a pre-prepared document and consistently emphasized that it is solely your responsibility. This approach to running a healthcare business is quite questionable and lacks transparency. If alternatives are available, avoid choosing ATI.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had some neck and upper back pain along with progressive difficulty swallowing. After several visits to specialists and tests the recommendations were limited without any noticeable improvements. After a few visits at ATI and learning strengthening exercises and deep tissue work my pain has improved and swallowing is much easier. Thank you Nive and Ari. Follow up: 8/17/23 Finished PT at ATI. Learned beneficial exercises to strengthen my neck, shoulders, upper back and core to improve posture and associated pain along with some difficulty in swallowing, all of which improved considerably. The staff were very helpful and supportive especially Nive who created a program for me that I can maintain from home. They are also available for questions and support as I continue with my home program. Very pleased and highly recommend their services.
