Experiencia fantástica: I'm very impressed with the quality of therapy the Physiosports Institute on McColl provides. I was driving my sister to therapy after she had surgery on her leg (ORIF of the distal tibia and fibular fractures with an intramedullary rod and proximal and distal interlocking screws). She had great improvement in her gait and ability to walk without the use of a walker after only three weeks of rehab. A month after the surgery, she was able to drive herself to therapy. I am in awe of the progress she's made thanks to the support and guidance she has received from Dr. Cardenas during these past two months. If ever I need physical therapy, this is where I will be going.

Experiencia fantástica: This facility has a phenomenal team to help with mobility issues. Dr. Cardenas, Patrick, Hubert and everyone who works there is not only knowledgeable but incredibly caring. I have been going for a little over a month and it is heartwarming to walk in on a day when I've been in excruciating pain, and they immediately recognize the look on my face and address the concern. Every time I come in with a new pain due to a pretty bad break, I leave feeling so much better. The team really knows what they are doing. I am so glad that I found Physiosports Therapy when I did and that I made the decision to enroll in their "gym" program. Thank you Dr. J. Cardenas for the amazing care you've provided!

Experiencia fantástica: I had been suffering from subluxation in my shoulder for almost an entire year. After going to the chiropractor for months and only receiving temporary fixes for my shoulder, I knew physical therapy should be my next step to try and receive a more permanent treatment for my ailment. After calling around town for different prices and treatment plans, Physiosports Institute was the one I chose despite the fact that this facility does not take my insurance. My first consultation with Dr. Cadena was phenomenal. He did various tests to check my range of motion, stability, and strength in my shoulder. Immediately after his diagnosis, I was given a multitude of exercises to target specific muscles of my shoulder that I feel like I have never activated in my life. Just after the first session, I saw and felt major improvement in the stability of my shoulder joint and surrounding muscles. I am now a dedicated client and will continue to be for any future injuries and ailments. His entire staff is so welcoming and friendly. And it goes without saying that Dr. Cadena is worth every penny you pay. He is just so knowledgable and you cannot put a price tag on that. Finally, if you don't have insurance or they don't take yours specifically, he also offers a very affordable monthly gym membership. I highly recommend this place and I honestly do not need to go anywhere else to know that this facility is one of the best in the entire valley.
