So I called and booked a consultation with her. Needless to say, I found her professional, very knowledgeable and quickly determined that I was in good hands. When I began the work, I was not confident in my ability to heal, but with time and regular sessions with Lauren I saw progress. Importantly, she always held space for my ability to fully recover even when I was unsure. Through her competent care; always using whatever modality my body called for and always giving 100%, I indeed recovered mobility and experienced less pain. I went to PT with reluctance, but from my very first visit, Miss Krystal impressed me with her knowledge, compassion and skill. She quickly identified the source of my pain and developed a regimen to free me from 18 months of suffering. Her techniques were so effective, that I began to recommend her services to others, all of whom have benefited from their PT experience with Krystal as well! Experiencia fantástica: Krystal is the best Physical Therapist in the world. Hands down! She treated me for months for my neck and was the only practioner who thought it might be my shoulder. The doctors all said it was my neck, but Krystal knew it was something else. I got a MRI and had lots of rotator cuff issues. A cortisone shot and PT and now I'm pain-free. Thanks so much to Krystal for all her help, knowledge, and patience.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to the Sam Rittenburg facility off and on for over a year. Now back for post spine surgery rehab. Krystal, Lauren the PTs and Macy the office manager are the best at what they do. Friendly but professional; sympathetic but assertive on your exercises. They push you in a good way but they listen to what you say about pain so you don’t ever do too much and hurt yourself. You cannot find better for rehab or pain management in my opinion.

Lauren and Krystle made me feel comfortable and always take the time to listen to my concerns. They are incredibly knowledgeable and thoroughly explain the root cause of my pain, along with preventative steps and the best at-home exercises to support my progress. Also, they provide extra support through dry needling to reduce inflammation and release tight muscles. Lauren and Krystle have helped me by using KT tape to alleviate pain and improve my foot function. I highly recommend their physical therapy services!

My primary doctor recommended physical therapy and I chose Results. I saw all four of the therapists that worked at this facility (some part time) over the next 10 weeks. All were very knowledgeable, always professional, kind and good at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been receiving PT after surgical repair of a fractured ankle. My experience has been exceptional. Scheduling has been convenient and flexible. I'm paying out of pocket and fees are reasonable, and good value for money. The therapist is knowledgeable, creative in challenging me and responsive to addressing all my concerns. She has suggested appropriate compensatory strategies and is helping me regain strength, flexibility and balance, to allow me to achieve my goal of regaining my prior level of function and activity level, despite the frustrating injury. I highly recommend this clinic.

Experiencia negativa: Would have been my first visit but didn’t get off to a good start. Young lady at the front desk must be a new employee. I got there an hour before my scheduled time came straight from work. I don’t carry my bank or credit cards to work. She suggested I go home to get my card, only to call me after I left to reschedule ( I live 5 minutes away) Why not just take the cash? What a inconvenience

Experiencia negativa: I had a great PT experience here. However, I would warn anyone to be weary and extra cautious to ensure your visits are covered. This experience has been a nightmare regarding my insurance. I checked to ensure my provider and insurance were covered before time of service and I was told yes and the amount I would have to pay each service. All my claims came back as denied. They said it was an issue with me needing pre-authorization. The District manager admitted it was an error on her side and they would get a pre-auth sent in to fix the situation. A few days later, someone from their billing office reaches out and states that actually they were out of network with my insurance due to my providers credentialing being back-dated. They offered me a refund "as a courtesy" of my full payment so I can pay in full when the bill gets published as they stated I will have to owe out of pocket for everything? This is absurd. I will owe $1,200 out of pocket because you forgot to get your providers credentials renewed and you are stating you are doing me a favor by temporarily refunding me my money I will end up owing to you anyway? I would have been better off going out of pocket. Furthermore, I wouldn't have gone four sessions if I would have know my provider was out of network. I have spent 10+ hours collectively trying to figure this issue out. The office on-site and the billing office are less than helpful. I don't want others to get into this situation. This place takes advantage and makes things so difficult for you, as they want you to give up so you pay. Please avoid this place at all costs so you don't end up in a stressful situation such as this- they will not be transparent with you about anything (from the billing side) and the last thing you want to do when you're hurt is get a surprise one thousand dollar bill. Morally this company is corrupt and are simply a money hungry medical company who will deceive their patients to make a profit.

Experiencia positiva: While I was happy with the service I received, they failed to tell me I had overpaid by $100 after my insurance got involved. My appointments were in January. It's now April, and if I hadn't noticed the issue and ask for that money back, it looks like they would have kept that money. It's either bad accounting or bad faith.

Experiencia negativa: I was referred to Results Physiotherapy by my family and I was very impressed with them. First, they took COVID-19 seriously. Secondly, they take their time to get to know you, your background and why you came to them. I never felt rushed and always felt like they had my best interests at heart. January '23 Update: I changed my mind and dropped my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. Therapists are caring and great. The business office simply doesn't care. 1.) I have claims whereby they owe me money (I met my out-of-pocket) and they can't/won't process several claims or screw it up so badly that my insurance denies it. On my most recent call to their billing department (the 6th call in 4 months for the same issue) I was told "give it another 30 days", but it's been 124 days already! I'm all for being patient, but Jesus! 2.) I needed a copy of my records. I drove to the office and asked for a copy. No-can-do. I get pointed to their 'portal'. I drove home and got on my computer to find that my logon doesn't work. I requested a reset. -that doesn't work. The receptionist states that they can't email my records unless I come back in and fill-out a paper form and it can take up to 30 days to get a hardcopy of records. I guess I'll never see my records as I'm starting to see a pattern here. I had to pay as I left after each session but everything takes 30 days, or much more if THEY owe YOU money. My wife and I used Results PT off-&-on since we moved here years ago but we're done. January 9th 2024 update: It took over a 16 months of calling and emailing but today I finally received a check for the funds that they owed me.

She helped heal my acute back pain within weeks. I was also really impressed with her confidence and skill with dry needling. Alexa will continue to be my go to for any physical therapy needs that I may have. I highly recommend Alexa and this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: You can sit around and hope your aches and pains heal on their own or leave that to the professionals at Results Physiotherapy. Jaz helped me get back on feet and on the golf course again. After 4 weeks of therapy I was able to get my knee much stronger and greatly improved my range of motion. I appreciated how she developed an individual plan for me with a variety of different exercises that I would never had come up with on my own. I would highly recommend seeing Jaz and the other professionals at Results PT to manage your pain and get back to enjoying life.

They work with you for what you need to help you function better in your everyday life. My physical therapists was very good at taking what I said the physical movements I wanted to improve and working on step by step exercises to work towards those goals.

Experiencia fantástica: This is my 2nd time using results. The first was a back issue that Alexa helped me get resolved. The newest injury was a injury from racing my dirtbike. They are great, work with their hands to relieve pain, increase joint mobility etc. Alexa is working on me again this time and I already feel significantly better. I enjoy watching the other staff and patients with the routines for different issues. Any therapist there I would feel confident in great treatment. They are very compassionate at this location. I recommend them all the time.

She stayed with me through out my treatment and knew exactly how to get me "BACK" on my feet again and feeling good! I was in alot of discomfort when I started.. Amy is my physical therapist and always asks how I am doing, checks to see how I felt after my previous visit, and listens to any concerns or new developments. I always feel like we are working together for improvements. Jazmine and Alexa are the other therapists in the office and will also greet you and ask how you are doing. The clinic has recently has some remodeling done and everything is super clean. All the equipment is wiped down with cleaners before you use them, and each task is explained thoroughly. Highly recommend for any therapy you may need!

Ms. Jazmin did a wonderful job in helping me get to where I needed to be and made the recovery process less stressful than it already was. The front desk was very efficient with reminder of appointments and scheduling. Experiencia fantástica: Alexa is awesome! I came to Results after fracturing my patella. Everyone was awesome. Scheduling was easy, Alexa is kind and considerate and knows exactly how to help. She tailors the workouts to help along the way and sends you home with everything you need to continue your work at home. 10/10 recommend! If I ever need pt again for any reason in the future, I will always come to this location.
