Experiencia positiva: I come here any time I need therapy. The guys in there are absolutely great. They really know what they're doing. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the need for a "user friendly" floor ie.rug and the owner needs to give back, if for the only reason,yoor friendly professional well-trained personnel are going to find themselves without a job.Because your equipment is in such bad shape,Not particularly the machines,but the auxiliary items pillowcases.color bands always available, the soft helpful cushion,etc.and they are having to rig up their own.Jordan Thomas Micheal Ben are exceptional. You need to give them what they need to continue their stellar performance. Let's not forget the also irreplaceable front staff.I am retired medical and need frequent PT and would've this place to thrive on James Island

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Results Physical Therapy on James Island! It’s a super clinic and I’ve learned many exercises to improve my core strength, balance and flexibility. All the therapists are exceptional and they have a commitment and knowledge to develop customized therapy for each client. Danielle is a pleasure to work with and goes the extra mile to schedule our appointments in advance at our requested dates/times. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

They are very concerned with your overall health and physical condition and can tailor the therapy to your ability. I admit to being less than a model patient this time as I am relocating in the Charleston area and will continue my therapy later if packing boxes doesn’t count as PT! These folks are the best!

Experiencia fantástica: FANTASTIC! I am currently in PT following very major neck surgery. Jordan and Mike have been absolutely outstanding. Their knowledge of the body and how to make it better is unbelievable. I've increased my range of motion, rebuilt strength, and have no more pain. This is very unlike my prior experience at ATI which only seemed to make everything worse. THANK YOU for helping me, you are amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: I was having vertigo while travelling and Thomas did a great job getting my head back in order. He definitely knew how to do the Eppley Maneuver and gave me exercises for the road if it came back. All the staff were nice and helpful.

Experiencia negativa: Front desk person was rude. And there was a perfumed device in the waiting area that caused my asthma to seriously flair. When I told her about it she ignored me. So I had to stop going there for PT.

Experiencia negativa: The therapy provided was great. Unfortunately, we learned they were not in the network for my Wellcare insurance. They refused to file an out of network insurance claim and let me pay my co-pay. Would only treat me as a 100% self pay! I will be going somewhere else for therapy where they will file insurance claim for me.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent experience, Jordan is really knowledgeable, compassionate and offered a lot of support during my sessions. Actually the entire PT team work together collaboratively, so it prob doesn’t matter who you initially get scheduled with they all seem solid. Would highly recommend this place.

Experiencia negativa: It's been almost a year now and we are still dealing with issues getting claims submitted to our insurance company. Excuse we get is that the tech my daughter saw on certain dates wasn't "credentialed" for our insurance. Then why was the person working with my daughter and why has it taken a year to get this resolved?

Experiencia fantástica: Jenny is truly amazing! She greeted me and we went right to work in getting me on the right track to help with my pain. I still think about how supportive Jenny is! I went home physically stronger and ready to face my chronic medical condition. Every time I went in I was greeted and knew I was supported. Truly a great team for physical therapy!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I was actually sad to get discharged from therapy because it was such a great experience. The team of therapists at the James Island location are truly remarkable. They are kind, knowledgeable, personable and professional. I started with a ton of back pain and am leaving healed and back to my regular life activities. I am grateful that I ended up with the team at Results!

Experiencia fantástica: When my hips hurt so badly that I could hardly walk, my internist suggested physical therapy at Results Physiotherapy on Folly Road. Thomas Perham was my therapist and did an incredible job working with me. He pushed me hard but it was worth it because now I can walk a mile every day with my wife. I would give Thomas a 10 plus!

Experiencia negativa: (1) They told me it was $20 a session, and the insurance would pay the rest. Months later, I got a surprise bill for over $500. I called my insurance, and they said they don't cover PT. I called them, and they said there was nothing they could do. Also, it is almost impossible to reach them. Looking at the other comments here, this seems to be their tactic. Shame on you. (2) Do not expect to have 1:1 sessions with your therapist. They usually do two patients at the same time. Sometimes even three. So they get paid twice. They also try to push you into signing up for a lot of appointments. My advice: Go somewhere else. If you can't just do 1-2 sessions, let them give you the exercises, and then do the rest at home. (3) You can't pay online with your bank account. They want your statement ID, which is not printed on the bill.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient at James Island Results Physiotherapy for approximately four weeks. I have been very happy with the results. I had a reverse shoulder replacement surgery and I feel that I have received excellent care and I am progressing at a reasonable rate. My physiotherapist is "Jordan". I highly recommend him. However, I have, on occasion, been seen by some of the other Therapists at Results Physiotherapy, they have been wonderful also. I am almost finished with my treatments and the results are very satisfying.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband was getting physical therapy here and was very pleased, so when I needed help with a painful rotator cuff, I asked my doctor to refer me here. Within a few sessions I was feeling better with Jenny working with me and after several weeks, my pain was totally gone! Jenny was so professional with the knowledge of how to massage the trouble areas and the proper exercise to correct the problem. I would highly recommend Jenny Dressman to anyone needing a top notch physical therapist! And on top of that, she was super nice and a lot of fun!

Experiencia negativa: The therapists are competent & some extremely caring. Some seem to pick & choose who they are friendly to without regard of how you might be acting & feel because of pain. The front desk didn’t correct the financial disclosure after realizing the info from the insurance company was wrong. Got upset when I questioned why more was taken out of my account than first told. Don’t give permission for auto withdrawal. Not to be trusted!

Experiencia negativa: Bait and switch! Erica told me it would be $40/visit on my initial visit. I asked for a bill every time I was there and it was never available. When I did finally get my bill it was more than $100/visit with my insurance. I communicated with Erica and Jordan and they would do nothing to own up to the error or make it right. Dear owner, Thank you for your response. Please contact me if you ARE concerned about the way business is conducted at your establishment. Jordan Wilkins admitted that it was a problem, and that Erica would receive additional training. She admitted that there was an error, but didn't care enough about the reputation or integrity of the company to correct the error. It is too bad that Erica was not properly trained before she was put on the job, and customers were adversely effected. Nobody that I spoke to is willing to stand behind the $40/visit that I was told. Evidently the employees do not understand about customer enthusiasm, integrity, or honesty in business. Lorie I haven't heard a word from them. Notice they left no way to contact them. They only want to sound like they are concerned to people reading the reviews. DON'T BE FOOLED.

I’ve been able to incorporate learned stretches and exercises to my daily routine and they have helped tremendously. I got to work with everyone and they are all superb! I had significant knee discomfort/pain for several years that I found myself depending heavily on handrails when navigating stairs,I was limping, and always looking for the parking space next to the carriage return to grab one to lean on when shopping.Today,I am not 100% but I have walked 2 miles, I can carry groceries up and down stairs and I'm not looking for that carriage return spot.Andrew gave me the exercises to work with and explained what muscle groups they strengthen and the importance of each . I can't thank him and the staff enough. Appointments were convenient, the staff friendly,kind, and so helpful.Thanks guys for helping me help myself.

Erika works the front desk and keeps everything and everyone on track. She’s great! Jordan and Alex are therapists that truly care about your ailment and providing you a path for relief. Experiencia fantástica: I was referred by my physician for shoulder issues and had amazing results. I could even scratch my lower back half way through my therapy. Before completion of my shoulder therapy I had a total right knee replacement. Thank heavens I had already had improvement in my shoulder as I found during my knee recovery I needed to use my arms quite a bit and I didn't have any shoulder pain! I have recovered very quickly I might add from my knee surgery and I am ready to get back to completing my shoulder rehab! The staff are incredible and Dr. Jordan is amazing! I asked so many questions and he never hesitated to answer many questions more than once! I highly recommend this team for all physical therapy needs. Thanks Results Physiotherapy on James Island!

I was very nervous about my injury, and they made me feel confident in a successful recovery. I am now running again without pain, and can continue my regular workout routines with ease. Thanks guys, I appreciate it! Side note: bring back the sweet dog; definitely helped with my anxiety throughout the whole process. I have two little ones of my own, and they always put a smile on my face like that little one did.

Experiencia negativa: This facility does not compare with the one in West Ashley, which I would give 10 stars if I could. After receiving highly professional service topped with extreme respect and courtesy at the West Ashley location, I was disappointed. I felt like the therapists were more interested in talking amongst themselves or telling you about their gardening , etc. than they are in observing the patient in making sure that they are doing the exercises correctly. Also, I think it is highly unprofessional to bring a dog to work. I was greeted by the manager's dog on several occasions as I arrived and was taken back to be seen. It's not that I don't like dogs. I do! But to bring an animal into an office where patients are being treated??? I always wondered what would happen if one of the patient's had an allergy to them. I would highly recommend the office in West Ashley. The receptionists and therapists are extremely professional and courteous.

They are thorough and will give you a program to follow and even provide a website with your routine. Easy to talk to, approachable and efficient... Jordan provided me with a program that works. My shoulder feels so much better. It will not be easy but in the long run, worth it. You have nothing to loose but your stiffness and pain.

Ever since my initial visit in Feb 2019, when I felt my world was crashing down after having a wonderful career in the health industry for more than 31 years, my surgical procedure left me with challenges I felt I could not meet that would allow me to regain my independence as I've had for most of my life. The therapists constructed a plan of care that at first, I thought was not attainable. However, they empathized with my limitation while encouraging me of my need to push through according to their plan and I would be just fine. Many invisible tears were shed while there, but the outcome were many more smiles, assurances, and breakthroughs that got me through. I'm walking independently, preparing meals, performing my own ADL's, and looking forward to getting approval from my physician to return to driving my car, among other household activities. The staff at this location makes you feel at home, by making the environment relaxing, comfortable, and professional while assisting you in regaining physical strength to become independent. Thank you for your compassion, patience, and professional therapeutic care.

First-rate Best In Show facility! Just wish you could dim those glaring overhead lights. I edited my original review because their corporate office lost a refund check for me due to wrong address and now I am penalized for a 2nd time, having to wait an additional month (that makes 4) to get my refund.
