ProResults Physical Therapy El Cajon

Experiencia fantástica: I’d highly recommend ProResults. It’s a very relaxed, fun, non-intimidating atmosphere and the staff is all very friendly and welcoming. The therapists are all very kind and they all have great chemistry together. They also always have good music playing :)

Experiencia fantástica: I recommend this place to all my friends! It’s the best physical therapy center in SD. The staff there is awesome & so friendly:) I got surgery on my left knee after I was injured in a motorcycle accident. I had to do therapy for about a year and although all of the therapists there are wonderful, I was assigned Dr. Geoffrey and I’m so grateful for the results of my year of therapy with him! He’s a great listener and has soo much patience:) he took his time answering my questions and never made me feel bad for voicing my concerns. If I had any pain or discomfort he would do tests on me to better understand my pain and adjust my treatment plan to further my overall healing. When I hurt my knee the first doctor I saw misdiagnosed me leading to my knee getting increasingly worse with time. When I got surgery I was told I may need a 2nd and the recovery was really difficult. I was scared of how long it’d take for me to walk again. I came into pro results in crutches a month after surgery & now my left knee is stronger than my right!???? I’m not even kidding I never thought I’d ever be able to play soccer again or run at 24 years old and all thanks to Dr Geoffrey I was given a 2nd chance at life thank you so much!

Experiencia fantástica: I started April 2022 with some sprain and partially torn ligaments due to a ski accident. I was on crutches with a full leg brace. I couldn't bend my knee or put any weight on it. My orthopedic surgeon told me I should get used to the fact that my knee will never function the same again. When I started at Pro Results in El Cajon, I told Geoff that I was determined to have full range of motion again and be able to pivot on a basketball court if I should so have the desire (I probably won't have the desire). I worked with and developed a relationship with every physical therapy doctor and assistant at Pro Results over my nearly 2 year stay. I did all of the work they gave me to do, and as long as I was willing, they were willing. Today was my last appointment. I can run, jump, pivot, childs pose, perform heavy deadlifts and squats. When I started having problems with my feet and ankles, they addressed that also. I would highly recommend Pro Results of El Cajon. They listend to my concerns and are extremely knowledgeable about how the body works. I believe my time here has made a world of difference in my recovery.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Geoffrey was my physical therapist and he was great! He made sure I understood my diagnosis and always gave me room to ask questions. His treatment plan helped heal my injury within a few months. Definitely recommend!
