San Diego Post-Acute Center (SDPAC)

Experiencia fantástica: Working with San Diego Post Acute Care was a great experience. The staff there were very kind and caring when I went to train. The facility was nice and clean and the people were very welcoming.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent staff, especially the rehab department. They seem to really care about the patients they work with! I was in there with my grandfather and they taught me how to transfer him once we got him home. I am truly grateful for all of their help!

Experiencia fantástica: Great team of healthcare professionals. Patient care 5 star and everyone was very friendly and attentive to patients. Rooms are big and each have their own bathroom and shower! Housekeeping is around all day and had the place smelling and looking great!

Experiencia fantástica: Love the team at San Diego Post-Acute Center! I am familiar with other SNF's and assisted living facilities. I found SDPAC by refferal, toured it immediately, and it is excellent. They provide multiple levels of care all on one campus. The layout is pragmatic and feels safe, secure, and robust. Highly functional spaces and well organized care teams - with a nurse's station in each unit. Visitation has been a plus too. I've been able to visit during the day and the evening. The care team members are dedicated and patient with family and their guests - even when we are overwhelmed and struggling ourselves. Appreciate the spectrum of services, rehab, therapists, operations, nurses, and aides providing care and support for my own family member. I would highlight that both the admissions and memory care teams are outstanding. My personal thanks go to Keyla, Olivia, Jordan, Diane, Vanessa, Stacey, Kimberly, and their crew.
