Experiencia fantástica: The physical therapist at Sharp Rees Stealy Santee, Julia Heyer, is one of the best orthopedic physical therapists I have ever worked with (and I have worked in orthopedics for years). She is incredibly knowledgeable with a keen eye for details during her thorough evaluations. She was able to effortlessly develop treatment protocols that set realistic and attainable goals for me to achieve success with my rehab at home. She has been very personable and professional. I hope to not have any future orthopedic issues but if I do I know who I would prefer to work with. ???????????? Beyond her exceptional service, the SRS Santee PT facility was clean and well maintained, and has a good amount of PT specific equipment (I never saw any patients waiting to use equipment here). Elevators, if needed, open directly to the front desk of the physical therapy clinic. Fyi the PT clinic is on the 3rd floor which is less than desirable for someone with ambulatory issues. Nevertheless, the front office staff members are approachable and helpful as well. If there is a line forming, you can do self check in at nearby kiosks that were convenient and easy to use. It even lets you pay any outstanding medical bills you have. In general, it seems the PT providers bring their patients back relatively close to their appointment time if you arrive early or on time. I have seen them accommodate late patients whenever possible. But please come at least 10 min early so everyone including the patients after you can keep on schedule. Staying true to their goal of delivering the "Sharp" experience. Kudos to the entire SRS Santee PT clinic!

Experiencia fantástica: I have seen the staff at the Sharp Rees-Stealy Physical Therapy offices many times over the years. I have most recently seen Jay for shoulder PT and saw him previously for hand and wrist PT as well. I previously saw Carol here for neck and knee work. She has left. The only thing I would recommend is that you see a therapist who is aware of any universal body issues you have (like Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome which I have) and both of these professionals were very aware of how to work with it.
