PRN Physical Therapy - La Mesa

Experiencia fantástica: I am writing to share my great appreciation for the service I received at PRN clinic, La Mesa. Everyone was quite welcoming and efficient. I am especially impressed with the knowledge, expertise and manner of my hand therapist, Kim Vonk. Kim has been my therapist since September 19th of this year. I could tell from the first time I met her that she was highly experienced and quite detailed in her analysis of my condition. Not only is she efficient, but she has a way of putting people at ease. I felt comfortable and safe in her hands. She made me feel as if I could get through my pain and anxiety over the loss of the use of my hand with her help and guidance. Even though we have done almost all of our sessions virtually, Kim has always been clear, honest and straightforward about the work that I need to do to get the full use of my hand back. Her positive attitude and encouraging manner inspired me to do the exercises and stretches I was given every day. As a result, I have made great progress, with almost full usage in just 4 months! After my surgery, I was despondent and disheartened that my recovery would be so difficult and lengthy. My surgeon was not forthcoming about how challenging it would be. I could never have gotten through it as well as I did if it wasn’t for Kim. I will be forever grateful to her.

Experiencia fantástica: Sean has done a fantastic job assessing my injury & providing targeted & effective treatment. They care about each individual & don't overbook. I recommend them.

Experiencia positiva: Loved both my hand therapist. Slightly different approaches that complemented each other. The only thing I found that was not to my liking was the music. Admittedly I was seated the whole time but that was why I found it annoying. It would be nice if the music in the office area where the hand therapist is, was separate from the workout room. That way, the volume can be much lower in one area while higher in another.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at PRN La Mesa surpassed my expectations when I started the process a year ago. Two total knee replacements done exactly 90 days apart, PT before, during and after through the second surgery. The staff was outstanding from start to finish. Very knowledgeable, personally engaging and extremely professional in all aspects of my rehab.I could not have had a better experience, thank you my friends at PRN????????
