Experiencia positiva: I really like the therapy that I got the first time for my back. I went back for my neck and I was very satisfied in both sessions! I called Physical Therapy Professional to get the number for the billing department. I called the billing department left a message never got a call back until I called PTP and then I get a call from the billing department. We talked about my bill and she was going to get back with me in a couple of days she never did, so I called my phone insurance company to see if I had a bill!!!! I found out that there was no insurance claims filed, so I called PTP again alone with my insurance company on the other line to let them know that they had been any claims filed. Merk called the billing department and she lied and told him that she trying to calling me and left me a voicemail!!! I don’t have voicemail setup on my phone and I told him that she wasn’t telling the truth and his reply to me was if she said she did it than I believe that she did it… WOW so you’re going to believe a lie over the TRUTH…. I will not be going back there ever again!! I’m a liar and his billing staff isn’t!!! I know what I have on my phone!!! She was trying to cover up her butt and did it by lying…. And she still hasn’t filed my claims and it’s been since November of last year!! Billing sucks…

Experiencia fantástica: I was prescribed Physical Therapy as an avenue to avoid surgery. PTP came highly recommended by my surgeon as well as others. Who really likes to have to do PT? Not me! In spite of this, Marek, Kristin and Julia made it the best experience possible. From scheduling to meet my needs, to making sure I was doing each exercise correctly, this team is top notch!
