Experiencia positiva: I was in valley view for 5 mo. recovering from pelvis/leg breaks, I found the care good over all , When I was hurting I didn't notice the little things and as I progressed it was a inspiration to get moving and not regress , It is natural for family and friends to point out things that look to them to be sub-par, However the over pampered seldom progress in there treatment.. It easy to tell when a patient is on the mend, they start complaining about the care and everything else, however when you're hurting you don't have any need to complain..

Experiencia positiva: Need to make some improvements inside the building. Update bathrooms facilities. Replace some bathroom doors.Total update in rooms.Staff are very helpful and friendly. I was told there is money available. They need to use it.

Experiencia positiva: While my mother did not end up needing long term care, the representatives that I met with initially were so kind and supportive. I toured the facility and while it is an older building, it was clean, the staff I met were very nice, and there were no unpleasant smells. The residents also looked well cared for.

Experiencia fantástica: My Father had to come here twice. The first time was after a laryngectomy and the team of nurses and staff could not have been nicer. The administration was courteous and informative and they went to great lengths to make my Father's stay as pleasant as possible. The second time my Father went to Valley View it was for a broken hip. This time the Administration was absolutely fantastic. They worked as hard if not even harder to make the most of my Father's time there. As his insurance ran out they were informative and patient as I had to make tough decisions and they were supportive of what was best for my Dad. I am grateful for Valley View and the good work they do.
