Cleveland Clinic Elyria Express Care Clinic

Experiencia fantástica: Went in on Sunday around 1pm, we were the only patients in the waiting room so we only waited a few minutes before being seen. Everyone was nice and efficient from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor. Erin, the doctor (don't remember her last name), was soo nice and gentle with my 7yr old daughter who had an infected ear and a sprained ankle. She was very thorough, listened attentively and answered all of our questions without rushing us at all. My daughter is pretty sensitive and Erin was very gentle and accommodating to her. We were in and out in about 35 mins tops. Very pleasant experience!
