Experiencia positiva: My daughter absolutely loved the therapists and the staff have been so wonderful to work with. She absolutely adores the physical therapist she worked with and her occupational therapist. As someone mentioned earlier, the billing is a nightmare and make sure you review the “contract”. If your child wakes up sick and you don’t cancel in 24 hours that is considered a no-show. In one year we had to cancel twice due to COVID and once because she woke up with a virus. I called first thing in the morning and/or the night before, however even with documentation showing she tested positive the night before or that morning ..I was charged $50. In one year of attending weekly and only missing three appointments due to a documented and highly contagious illness .. that is ridiculous. I was told to “review my contract” and no exceptions can be made. I understand a cancellation policy because cancellations can be abused, however exceptions should be made.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing. They first started with my son who was having some extreme behavior episodes. They then began also working with my daughter who was just recently diagnosed with autism. They made it so easy on me getting them in at the same time on the same day when a spot opened up. Once they started working with my kids together my kids went from fighting like wild animals with each other to learning to work together and help each other out. It is so nice to hear now when people see my kids the comments that they say such as “the kids were really good today” or “the kids have really settled down a lot”. We love our therapists there! I would highly recommend Galvin to anyone for therapy services.

Experiencia fantástica: Our family can not say enough about what Galvin has done for not only our son but our family. The teachers and therapists are outstanding, honest, caring and truly want to help. If your looking for ABA this is the place to pick!!

Experiencia fantástica: They are one of the best therapy places to bring your child for help. All the therapist there are those most wonderful people I ever met. The reception is always called to see if there's an opening so my son can come or cancelation she is wonderful as well everybody there is amazing. I take my son and it worth it. They make sure that that these kids are learning something new everyday. They are not on their phone they are making sure And engaging with these kids.. I am so thankful and bless For finding a beautiful place like this. I recommend this place.. I had these therapist give me a tissue and wipe my tears when I would tell them what is going on with my son. They try new things with them they make everything fun and learning.
