Experiencia fantástica: My 88 year old mother spent 12 days at Cleveland Clinic Rehab Hospital after a fall and joint infection. She received wonderful care and had great physical and occupational therapy that got her back on her feet. Her nurses and aides were kind. We were able to take her home which was our goal.

Experiencia fantástica: This people at this location were tremendous and helped me get back on my feet after I fell and broke my neck. The therapists were so encouraging and gave me the strength to push through challenging times during my recovery. I had both individual and group therapy, and each session focused on self care, mobility, and increasing my independence. Thanks to these knowledgeable therapists, I was back on my feet, taking care of myself, and released from rehab in just 10 days. The nurses and aides were very attentive and so caring to me and my family. I feel so blessed that I was able to be a patient and successful graduate of the Avon Rehab!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at Cleveland Clinic Rehabilitation Hospital in Avon. The staff was very friendly and kind. The nursing staff was attentive to all of my needs, and I saw my doctors regularly and had the opportunity to speak with them at length. I felt as if the staff took great care of me at a time when I was truly in pain and unable to care for myself. The physical therapy and occupational therapy teams were very knowledgeable and professional and helped me to regain my strength and balance and to make a plan for safely navigating my home after discharge. I’m very grateful to everyone for the excellent care they provided. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: My dad was here and he had a great experience. His favorites were Megan in physical therapy, Ashley the nurses aid, Mary the nurse and even Kitty! They have a clean/newer facility and even great response time.
