SwiftCare Urgent Care

Experiencia fantástica: I was going through some health issues since 2 weeks it was not getting better. So i decided I have to come check with SwiftCare. Front desk employees were very helpful and took good care of me and Dr. Billy took really good care of me. He explain me that I have to take a lab tests so they will check what health issues iam going through. He was very thorough in explaining what this lab is about why it’s important to do that. After my lab is done and my results were ready they right away gave me the appointment to come and check with doctor so he will explain me everything what health issues I have and he explain me and my Mom everything in details what to be done to get this issues to be taking care of as smoothly as it can be. Dr. Billy was a really good doctor. All together I had a good experience with all front employees, doctor and nurses.

Experiencia fantástica: My family has been going to this center the last 2 years. We have always received great service. The staff and medical professionals are great. My wife sprained her foot the other day. The staff accommodated us even though we arrived 25 minutes before they close. The doctor did an examination, x-ray and correct diagnoses in 20 minutes. They gave us medication and a boot all in 20 minutes. Special shout out to Dr.Billy Catlett, Curtis and Stacy for all the work and great service. Thank you all!

Experiencia fantástica: I have a preference for Swift Care because they are always available and you can get an appointment without having to wait for several hours. All staff members are caring and courteous from the receptionist up. I was seen, diagnosed, able to pick up prescriptions and be back home in bed in just over one hour. Excellent experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Swift care was so amazing!! from the moment that I called and received the best customer care. To when I walked into the door and was greeted with the warmest smile and nicest Receptionist, that was unconsciously singing gospel hymns under her breath while i filled out my paper work in the lobby, to me meeting with the doctor who was extremely concerned, attentive, and educating, not to mention very nice to look at haha that's always a bonus when you don't feel well. The next morning he called to check on me and then followed up again the day after. I only wish i could make them my primary care givers! Thanks guys

Experiencia fantástica: Quickest and friendliest Urgent Care we’ve visited. My wife had a laceration on her finger that needed stitches, and Stacey at the front desk immediately dressed the wound after we walked in to prepare. Our nurse practitioner, Billy, was courteous and professional, and the tech, Liz, was helpful and friendly as well. Will definitely be returning if the need arises! (Hopefully not anytime soon lol)
