Experiencia fantástica: Love Ana Maria. She is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Joi at the front desk was very patient and kind . I was having issues getting my insurance information and she was helpful in trying to get the information needed. The office is very clean and not extremely busy which I love .

Experiencia positiva: Going to write a bit of a mixed review here and of course your mileage may vary. Started coming to this clinic and Ana Maria roughly 2 years ago. When I started everything was great. Other than one visit where a lady at the front desk was rather unprofessional and very rude. That said at the time Ana Maria and the nursing staff were fantastic, friendly, outgoing, and took their time to talk to you. Fast forward to the past year and something has changed. The staff seems hurried as does Ana Maria. Not to mention and I won't blame Ana Maria for this the clinic seems dependent on Ana Maria actually being there. Recently I had no less than 3 appointments canceled and had to be remade because she was out. Baylor couldn't afford to spare another PRN, causing me to have to make time off requests multiple days. Also seems now every visit seems like an exercise in how can we pad the bill. When I started I would be given medication for 6 months a go. Now it's only 3 months and getting her to refill just doesn't happen. So to get refills I have to shell out more money to see her and always "more tests" (with very little explanation why she wants to do the same tests every 3 months for me to understand why this change). Not to mention lost PTO which I just can't do every other month. I am moving in the near future so will be changing PCP's but these are signs future patients should look out for. Since there's no explanation for this, and how hard it is to even get in, I'm left feeling it's just done to get more money.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm so impressed with the medical team at this facility. They are very welcoming, compassion, knowledgeable and professional. From Ms. Joy (front desk) Mr. Kevin (X-ray), Sharlyn, medical assistant and Mrs. Hoyos, NP. They all treat you like family and show that they care for your health and well being. I will continue my care at this facility and will definitely refer family and friends.
