Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time using a PT. Overall, Heather was absolutely great. I came in with what I expected to be a shoulder injury and she was able to, within one session, narrow it down to what the actual issue was. I followed her exercises and within a few days of doing them and after spending around 2 weeks in pain, sometimes aggravated serious pain, the pain started to reduce. Within 1 week, the pain was almost all but gone and we started to work on stretches to prevent the issue from happening again. Her ability to quickly troubleshoot an issue, focus in on how to resolve that with the proactiveness to treat in the future was and is truly appreciated. 100% recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Heather is fantastic! Took my son (13) an elite junior golfer to see her for a workout evaluation to make sure he was doing multiple exercises correctly. She was able to evaluate some areas of concern and provide him with a plan to strengthen these areas without causing injury. Within an hour she had the detail evaluation with workouts and supporting videos email to my son and self…just awesome! Heather is caring, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable! The best PT! Experiencia fantástica: After many years with a painful, arthritic shoulder I had shoulder replacement surgery. I met Heather Christain before my surgery for evaluation and started physical therapy two weeks post-op. Heather is highly knowledgable, personable and dedicated to her patients getting back to normal function. In contrast to large PT operations, Heather spends the entire hour working with you and challenging you to improve every session. I am back working normal hours in my dental practice, working out and playing as much golf as I want. Many thanks to Heather and highly recommend her for PT.
