Experiencia fantástica: I have been working with Jill for a variety of reasons since May of 2022. First my speech therapist recommended I see a therapist for myofascial release (MR) for an oral surgery I had in April, so I began seeing her for that. And then I fell and sprained my hand and Jill helped me with hand function and shoulder pain that had radiated from the fall. More recently, I have been seeing Jill for PT and MR for a torn meniscus (it's been an interesting year!) which I just had a PRP injection for. Yesterday, I had a great session with her and afterwards, I was able to take a long walk from Heartwood to downtown Evanston and later in the evening I went to a concert where I was able to dance through most of it with little discomfort. It helped that the music was great, too! But I am sure I would have wanted to sit most of the day out before this session where she worked on the muscles and fascia around my knee. I highly recommend Jill and am grateful that such a great practitioner is so close by! Thank you, Jill, for your hands on expertise and care! I recommend her to anyone who is experiencing chronic pain.
