This is the first time I visited results on north market as a patient. I absolutely Love Catherine and the staff at results. Catherine is knowledgeable, kind, caring and thorough. She truly cares for each one of her patients and will always go the extra mile to provide fantastic care. Catherine not only provided care for me, but also for my teen daughter who was struggling with sports (soccer) related leg/knee pains. As another reviewer pointed out, she IS that therapist you want in your corner. The staff at results is equally phenomenal. Their patience and kindness is unparalleled (Gabby, you rock!). Can’t recommend Catherine and the staff there enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I am Joyce, and it is wonderful that I get to express my admiration and gratitude for the last 23 months that I have received exceptional and dedicated and compassionate care from the team of professionals at Results Physiotherapy-Northshore on N. Market St. in Chattanooga. I was referred by my PCP, Dr, Tye Young,DO, on September 4,2022 for an assessment after I experiences my first fall( backwards) in the 13 years of my living with Parkinson’s Disease. Fortunately, no broken bones ,but I managed to receive three sessions of PT per week until my bruised tailbone pain was resolved….and my intense fear of falling again , was addressed. Many people think that the benefits of PT are reaches in a couple of weeks. The stiffness of my PD illness will continue to progress, yet ,I have found that PT is essential to slow the progression of my symptoms of imbalance and painful stiffness. I have received PT twice a week since my first injury healed.Over these last 23 months of on-going therapy, I have been really impressed with the competence , collegiality and sincere welcoming attitudes of the entire staff at Results Physiotherapy. All of they staff greet patients with a smile and a personal greeting.. I am amazed that I have been able to work almost exclusively one therapist, Dr. Sydney Neal. She is extremely positive, competent, and compassionate , and flexible in her response to the variable nature of my illness as it affects my muscle functioning.She adapts the session treatment plan depending on my needs….not simply a previously defined treatment plan.Her interventions A are demanding with the purpose of increasing function and reducing pain or instability. I was privileged to be invited by Dr. Neal to be treated by a doctoral aintern, Shelby,. I really enjoyed learning the reasons for each intervention as Dr. Neal would review with Shelby.Shelby recently completed her Doctorate and her license as a physical therapist and now works at Results, full- time. The professionals ,here under the supervision of Catherine Miller PT,DPT,COMT, with the administration support of Gabby, actually demonstrate a commitment to the broader field of Physical Therapy! Without any reservation , I would recommend this Physiotherapy clinic…….and especially those who are impacted by Parkinson’s Disease. I am Bill, the spouse of 53 years to my lovely wife , Joyce. She has had Parkinson's for the past 13 years. As the disease progresses, her balance , muscle stiffness,and gait have been affected.Within the last 23 months she has fallen backwards in our home on three occasions. As her primary caregiver, I have witnessed the outstanding , professional, compassionate, attentive, and available care by her outstanding physical therapist , Dr.Sydney Neal and her colleagues . Dr. Neal’s interventions have resolved pain, increased muscle strength, increased mobility and as important, infused confidence and hopefulness in my wife. The interventions have slowed the progression of the Parkinson's by allowing my wife to engage in physical activities like weekly chair yoga , virtual Rock Steady Boxing and daily walks in our community park.We know there will be significant challenges ahead . I also know that Dr. Neal, and the administrative staff at Results ,along with my wife's Primary Care Physician, her psychotherapist and her Neurologist at Vanderbilt Medical Center will continue to provide superlative care and support to her. She is very knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, is patient and is not afraid to speak on behalf of her patients care. Experiencia fantástica: I went to results for pelvic floor PT. I worked with Shelby (as a student, later hired on as a licensed PT) and Sydney. I can’t say enough good things about them! I felt supported and pushed to really heal my body. The stretches and massage work they did on me worked wonders. By the end of the session I would be so much improved while being given & practicing exercises that would bring my body strength and healing! Everyone was amazing Gabby in the front was always so kind with my rescheduling and Sydney was so gracious every time my new mom brain forgot a session! I was able to bring my son and all the staff there would pop by and entertain him so I was able to have an effective session. I got to know everyone and they treated me life family and really cared about the problems I was having! I can homely say I will miss not seeing them every week!

She instructed me on how to correctly do Kegels, and she encouraged me every step of the way. As a healthy forty-two year old woman, I was able to share with her my personal goals of building strength to regain my confidence after struggling with urinary incontinence. I have seen great improvement in my pelvic floor strength and am empowered to continue on my own with exercises at home. For women who want to regain life as it was pre-pregnancy, I highly recommend pelvic floor therapy, and Sydney is wonderful! Additionally, the office staff and all therapists are friendly and welcoming. It’s a great environment where patients can come to work towards their goals without fear of embarrassment or shame!

Results did a fantastic job of getting me in quickly and working with me both in the office and setting me up with injury specific stretches and exercises to help me recover as quickly as possible. Experiencia fantástica: Results Physiotherapy is the first physical therapy place that I liked and enjoyed going to for care. My therapist, Shelley, was beyond outstanding. She cared deeply about finding the cause of my pain, tried multiple approaches until its cause was found, worked diligently to help me reach my goals, was empathetic, very clear with her instructions and feedback, provided personal attention despite having at times to take care of multiple clients (huge strain on her to have three clients at once), and was absolutely terrific in every way. She’s a rock star!! All of the staff were kind, friendly, and dedicated. Jillian at the front desk always had a smile and kind words. She was the consummate professional - smart, efficient, caring, and super organized. This place would be perfect if it eliminated scheduling three patients at the same time. It doesn’t happen all the time but when it does, it is a practice that is very disrespectful of patients and the therapists.

She was perfect working with me and my orthopedic surgeon, both of whom felt that I could improve my strength and agility from my shoulder/arm injury to avoid or ward of surgery. His recommendations and her ideas worked! I am so grateful. She was just the right therapist for me as she had a lot of both in-hospital background and experience working with older adults who are trying to improve but are not 16-years-old trying to get back out on the basketball court. She understood how to slow down if the pace was hurting me; she would back-off; try something new and ultimately accomplish the goal. She never deserted me;neither did my doctor. I finished therapy with radically high improvements in both strength and flexibility. I would recommend Shelly to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at Results and would recommend going here. Shelly was great at giving me different exercises and it helped with my back pain. They are upfront about pricing and if you call your insurance to confirm deductible/ pricing you can find out how much each visit will be. My first few visits were $100 but after the deductible was met only $20-30 per visit. They are also open later than most PT offices and have 5:30 appointments, so awesome if you work til 5 every day. All of the staff are so friendly and caring!

Experiencia fantástica: This was my 3rd visit back at the Results on Market St. I completed therapy on my back, successfully completed pelvic floor exercises, and really got my shoulder healed for knee surgery. Once I have my total knee replacement I will be at the Results on N. Market. The staff is so conscientious and respectful. Catherine & Shelly & Emily were the main ones that I dealt with. They have a way of getting you to do things successfully without you knowing it! There’s always a positive vibe from the Receptionist to the therapist. I have been to lots of other places for therapy and found this one to be the best! That’s why I keep coming back!

Experiencia fantástica: I started Physical Therapy with Erin Shinkles a little over a year ago a little over half way through my recovery from two herniated discs and si joint problems. Although the injury was somewhat stabilized, there were secondary muscular issues. Erin and Sarah were very compassionate, upbeat, and very encouraging. They moved me to a point to where the injury was not only manageable but starting to stabilize. People such as Erin and Sarah are such a blessing to those who they encounter and help. Without their help and coordination of care, I would not only be on the path to recover and stabilize the issue but to be able to make a dream become a reality. They are people through their help change lives. I highly recommend them. I'm not quite to the two minute plank yet but I am on my way.

I am particularly benefitting from the case specific post-discharge daily stretches and exercises that were developed for me. Experiencia fantástica: I was having some issues with severe chronic constipation. My GI specialist recommend pelvic floor PT. I was hopeful, but not sure this would help...I mean, PT to use the bathroom?!? The staff made me feel welcome & comfortable discussing this embarrassing issue. They took the time to find out what the root of the problem was, showed me exercises targeted to help my problem, and made sure I could do them correctly with confidence. They fixed me! I'm so pleased with my outcome & look forward to reporting this success to my GI specialist. If I ever need PT for any other issues, I will call them first! I have already recommened them to a friend.

Experiencia fantástica: I was incredibly nervous about going to PT. I had preconceived ideas of what I was about to face. I envisioned myself on a rack being pulled two ways or hanging from shackles on a wall to pull everything out and back into place. Instead of walking into a medieval torture dungeon, I was pleasantly thrilled to discover such was not the case. From the moment I met Katherine and Kelsey it was a patient-care provider match made in heaven. Listening to what was wrong with me with rapt attention, Katherine analyzed my needs and executed the most perfect plan to ensure I would get better. After handing me off at times to Kelsey, I learned how much of a superhero Kelsey is! Not only can she focus on me, she has the super power to alter time and be able to address each patient she is assisting with without making any of us wait at all. If I had her abilities, my life would be complete. Even though I completed my therapy, and not developing super powers sadly, I was always special in their eyes like a huntsman returning with food. If you want to be treated with consideration, understanding, empathy and overall that you are a BA, then you need to come by and see what they can do to assist!

They are both excellent and I owe getting my life back after years of relentless pain to these two. Everyone there is great from front desk to therapists. I am a physician myself and I will recommend Results Northshore to all of my patients!

The scheduling was error free, and the various therapists necessary for my condition were always immediately available and fully conversant on their activities on my behalf. A very good operation.

Experiencia negativa: For anyone seeking pelvic floor therapy, particularly postpartum women; I strongly discourage receiving care at ResultsPT. The postpartum season is a very vulnerable time that should be met with accurate information and empowerment regarding the healing process and I hope for all that this need met. Unfortunately, I had a deeply hurtful and negative experience while receiving care at this practice that I wish no one else experiences. I was met with ignorance and as I learned later at another practice, blatant misinformation about my specific pelvic floor issues (that were brought about by a healthy, comfortable pregnancy and natural childbirth). The information (diagnosis) regarding my condition & recovery was relayed to me insensitively, with a lack of tact, and in a discouraging and emotionally destructive manner. If you are seeking pelvic floor therapy, please know that there ARE experienced, well-informed, considerate, and encouraging pelvic floor specialists in Chattanooga, but unfortunately in my experience, it was not found here. As an important aside, I do not believe this therapist was malicious in their approach, nor do I believe they intended to cause me harm. Unfortunately though, the impact was such that I was left questioning my amazing pregnancy and son’s incredible birth, which was only restored after leaving this practice and finding higher-quality care elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: I would recommend Results Physiotherapy to anyone that needs physical therapy. The staff is friendly and relaxing atmosphere. I observed how well they worked as a team. That showed me a lot about the staff/company because I'm a retired nurse. Health Care always need good people that enjoy their job.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was great to work with. If I came a little early they worked me in so I did not have to drive 30 min back home. Also Erin my doctor made sure I was doing the exercises correctly. One day when doing a wall exercies Dr. E said Mike you are going to have to put your bottom against the wall or you are not going to get the entire benefit of the exercise . I will say this about physical therapy. What ever commitment you put in, is what you get out of the process. The lady said before that she could do the exercises on her own at home. Yes once you know the correct way to do it and the motion and muscles that you are concentrating on then yes you can do it at home. Experiencia negativa: Not very impressed. The results were not good. Just a bunch of exercises that I can do on my own. I am very active. I've had much better PT manipulations at other companies.
