Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to soma vida for around 4-5 years. I think at this point for neuromuscular therapy. My coworker recommended it for my back pain. I mostly make appts with Yu, but I think I've had appts with everyone there atleast once. The treatment can be painful but I always come out feeling so light and so much better than before. I've had chronic neck pain from my desk job and other pain in areas that is only fixed by "whatever"they do here. They truly care about you and want to make sure you leave feeling better. I've recommended so many people to come here including coworkers, my fiancée, and my friends. Some have regular appts here now too. :) It is not a massage parlor for any type of massage is personal and geared towards helping you-- and it's not a chiropractic center (whatever that guy said in the other review). It's definitely worth checking out. Hands down 10/10.

Experiencia fantástica: The treatment at Somavida has truly changed my life. I experience chronic pain and it's the ONLY treatment that works to helping me stay mostly pain free. I get instant relief after one treatment. It blows my mind that it's not more well known because IT WORKS. Yu Suzuki works miracles for my neck and back but every therapist at the office is highly trained and skilled as I've also had treatments from both Sarah and Jackie. I now go in for monthly maintenance to correct my weird issues and combined with exercise at home I am able to stay headache and back pain free most of the time. If you experience pain of any kind or migraines and are looking for relief, I highly recommend you make an appointment. Your body will thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Somavida for years because they are the only place I’ve found with the right combination of expertise and ability to eliminate pain when I have muscle pulls or strains, and help me stay “tuned up” to avoid future injuries. I spend most of my time working behind a desk and Somavida is a critical part of helping me stay healthy and out of injury from my strained neck and back. I personally work with Yu Suzuki and she is phenomenal. Truly a “pain detective” that has helped me find the root issue with muscle problems countless times. Whenever Yu is booked or I need immediate care, the rest of the team is fantastic as well. This is a place to come and heal and avoid future injury without medication or judgment. Can’t recommend Somavida enough!!!
