Experiencia fantástica: The results of my visit to Cornerstone Health exceeded my expectations. Not only were the damages from seven years of Aikido practice reversed through adjustments, but I was able to improve my sleep through a prescribed Sleep Guard. Time will tell if the Prostate Guard will help with my chronically high PSA score, when I go back to my Urologist on April 7th. I would recommend a visit to Cornerstone Health with Dr Fergus and Dr McCracken to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: The doctor's at Cornerstone Health provide comprehensive treatment for pain that goes above and beyond what I have experienced anywhere else. They really seek to get to the root of the problem and to determine interventions that will resolve the problem in full, not just mask the symptoms or provide temporary relief. Their knowledge of the body and understanding of it in a systemic way is extensive. They utilize both tried and true techniques (chiropractic adjustments, PT exercises etc) as well as, when appropriate, more recent technological advances such as sound wave therapy, to do things like address tissue damage and promote deep healing. I always feel that I am being well cared for when I am seeking their help. Dr. Fergus is a darling as well. : )

Experiencia fantástica: I want to provide my highest recommendation for the team at Cornerstone Health. Numerous physical and occupational therapists have helped me over the past decade to deal with debilitating right wrist tendon issues. The progress I've seen over the past year under the care of Cornerstone, however, has amazed me. From being in near-constant pain with severely limited use of my right hand, I'm now largely pain free and making steady and rapid progress toward resuming activities - writing, typing, shaking hands, playing musical instruments - that had been previously well out of reach. A big recommendation for Cornerstone and thank you to Dr. Fergus, Dr. J, Liz, and the rest of the team at Cornerstone Health!

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Cornerstone Health. Dr. Fergus and his staff have been helping me to overcome a chronic neck condition. When I first came to Cornerstone, I could not move my head without pain and I had a limited range of motion. I had already gone through physical therapy and deep tissue massages. I had improved from where I started out but hit a plateau. Dr. Fergus’s was able to get me over the plateau and much further along on the recovery process through treatments. I also attended the Foundational Fitness classes to strengthen the muscles and learn proper techniques for movement so that I could do daily activities without injuring myself or further exacerbating the issue. My neck range of motion is back to normal and the intense pain is gone. Dr. Fergus and his team at Cornerstone Health have been a God-send for me!

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Cornerstone Health about 6 years ago after enduring 25 years of my back “going out” once a year or so. The “going out” had escalated and it was constant. Rolling over in bed, sneezing, putting shoes on, standing up from a chair all became high risk activities. Dr. Fergus identified the origin of my pain, stabilized my back and after 3 months I started their foundational fitness program. I’ve been in that program 2x a week for 6 years and my back hasn’t relapsed at all. Healing is possible if you are willing to invest the time.
