She modified the session so we could attack my priority issues, and she listened to the different aspects of my chronic pain journey that I wanted to emphasize. After learning about hypermobility and EDS from a chiropractor, I found Lilians Instagram as the BEST, eye-opening resource that I couldn't find anywhere else, including my own physical therapist. I had a consultation with Lilian and she went through every single question, however seemingly odd or small. It was so refreshing to talk to someone who both is so knowledgeable and also validating. Even taking some of her tips so far has already improved my everyday moevement. I've now signed up for personal training and look forward to a recovery I've been waiting for!
