Experiencia fantástica: This is one of the best places to work, the team is so caring. The Director of Nursing is one the best clinicians! The administrator really cares. I would recommend the Pearl of Evanston to my family and friends if they ever need exceptional, 5 star care.

Experiencia positiva: I try to regularly visit two residents. The staff is usually attentive. One resident has me bring food, the other says meals are OK. Always smells and appears clean.

Experiencia fantástica: Unfortunately, when I’ve visited facilities like Symphony this first clue that speaks to the character of the place is the pungent smell of urine and the friendliness of the front desk staff. Both these tell tell signs were conspicuously positive at symphony. No smell of urine throughout my visit and the front desk person was super friendly a winning combination. Congratulations and keep up the good work.
