Experiencia fantástica: I came to Concierge Physical Therapy with a persistent injury in my right arm. With the help of Toby and Evan they were able to get me fully recovered and able to back to my regular day to day routine without any pain. They are extremely professional and take great care of their patients. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Experiencia fantástica: So thankful for the staff at Concierge. They are well organized, it’s easy to schedule appointments, appointments start promptly at scheduled time and the entire staff gets to know you even if they are not your “assigned” therapist/assistant. I’ve been to other physical therapy offices and have never had this type of experience. If all healthcare facilities were like this, the world would be a better place. My physical healing and progress has already been life changing after dealing with pain and limitations after a broken ankle. I can’t say enough about Brittany, Dr. Evan, Dr. Toby, Brandon, Zion and the entire care team. Truly the best!

Experiencia fantástica: In July, I had a hip replacement and felt I needed PT before I returned to my active life. I had a referral for Shrewsbury Concierge PT and was seen within 2 days.The therapists Toby and Evan have been phenomenal, providing me with utmost care, and challenging exercises. It is a totally professional group within a positive and friendly environment. It was a pleasure to come each week, and I’m so grateful to Toby, Evan and staff for all their knowledge and expertise. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs PT.

Experiencia fantástica: I needed a good PT after an extensive tear repair on my shoulder, so a good friend suggested Concierge. Man, what an exceptional place. The moment I walked thru the door, I could feel that this was a perfect fit, and that only grew as I continued my therapy. The staff are all very pleasant, and they treat you like a friend, but they are also very knowledgeable with their abilities, creating the perfect environment. I also love their system, so you're never quite sitting and waiting, very efficient. I've been going now for 5 months, so they've seen me at my worst, and I've never ever felt uncomfortable, rushed, or feel like I'm putting anyone out. 10 stars, for sure.

Experiencia fantástica: Going to therapy is always stressful. When my doctor , Doctor Medina , recommended Concierge Therapy after I asked her who she recommended I already felt a little less stress. My therapist Cassie Ciuk introduced herself and explained what we needed to do to make my back better. She did a thorough evaluation and diligently took notes on my situation. . Her warm smile and comforting demeanor put me at ease immediately! In an instant I knew I had not just a therapist put a partner in my recovery. Cassie has always listened and answered all of my questions and concerns. She has explained the new techniques available some of which I use . She is always observing and aware of my movements during my exercises. She is 100 percent focused. I give her ten stars!!!! The survey asks about the therapist however all the members of the Shrewsbury time bring a heartfelt feeling of caring . Other therapists. Receptionist s and assistants all contribute to an extremely positive experience. None of the other therapy places I’ve been can come close. Thanks for the opportunity to let you know.
