Experiencia fantástica: My mom had to undergo rehabilitation here. Anytime I visited her through the process, she told me how well the staff treated her and how gentle the therapy department was with her. The staff went above and beyond to order things specifically for her rehab process as well as LISTENED to what she was saying. She’s been home for about a month now and still talks about this place.

Experiencia fantástica: Facility smelled great today! Plenty of Aides to help people! Clean environment during lunch service people being fed and talked to sweetly. Light answering response time was less than one minute. Overall a very good family environment.

Experiencia positiva: I would actually like to be able to give them a 5 star rating. However that would mean there was no room for improvement. And there is always room for improvement. In anything anyone does.I was there for two weeks receiving wound care. And I will say the wound care was very well handled. Overall the entire staff did their jobs very well.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is truly AMAZING!! I had to recently move a family member from another facility and chose Fayetteville Health and Rehab for our loved one. It was the absolute best decision we could have ever made. This place is so welcoming and you can tell the entire team really cares about the residents. We couldn’t ask for better care and feel blessed to have our loved one here. I don’t normally post reviews, but this place definitely deserves the credit. Hopefully I can help families looking for long-term care or short-term a place to call home. My family thanks you Fayetteville Health and Rehab for all you do each and every day!

Experiencia fantástica: I have worked at this facility on and off for 10 years. I obviously would not have stayed this long if I felt the quality of care was lacking. I love my residents and their family’s both behind closed doors and in person. The front office has addressed any concerns I have had. Maria, our HR, has done an amazing job. She has helped the aides with any and every concern we have about hours, pay check, and insurance! She had raised awareness to the pay differential between facilities to get a higher pay for the aides. Maria and Jennifer went out their way and made sure every resident and aide had a gift from the facility for Christmas. Most aides, or new employees, do not know what Maria does because she is not a person who seeks praise for what she does. She is a valuable asset to the facility. I’ve seen several people in the position Maria is in, and without a doubt she is the best.
