It hindered me daily - I would have sudden pain and couldn’t sit comfortably. I tried various things at home and seeing a chiropractor, with no relief. Today spoke volumes as I brought my 4 month old in with me who proceeded to have a complete meltdown from a missed nap time. The amazing receptionist ended up holding my crying baby, fed her, and got her to sleep while I finished my appointment without making me feel overwhelmed and anxious. They truly know what they are talking about as well. This far I have met with Emily and Jamie and both women are incredible at what they do. I look forward to my next couple of visits.

I had been several places before that were covered by “traditional” insurance, and they did not have the knowledge to help with my ovarian and pelvic pain after an extensive laparoscopic procedure for endometriosis. Jamie and her team were absolutely amazing!! Not only were they extremely knowledgeable and resolved each and every ache and pain, but they were overwhelmingly kind with such vulnerable issues. As a bonus, I was able to use my FSA funds to get the costs reimbursed. Highly recommend, and I will not hesitate to come back for any pelvic pain after pregnancies, surgeries, etc! Everyone there was a friend and a supporter of the horror I had gone through as well as the courage I portrayed to heal. Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience with Brianna for my initial evaluation. She was very thorough and I left having learned much just from one visit. And this is my second time in pt (saw a pelvic floor physical therapist for a couple of months in a previous city before moving to Chatt). She even gave me recommendations for local OB/GYN and primary care providers since I'm newish to the area and don't have these yet. As many individuals with a pelvic floor dysfunction know, it can be intimidating trying to look for a gyno who is understanding of our particular needs. Having a recommendation from my pelvic floor physical therapist is very helpful. I look forward to continued treatment at the Pelvic Method and I'm hopeful for my outcome.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Westner (Erin) is the best! After suffering from endometriosis for many years, I had extensive surgery in March. Following surgery, I had some lingering pain and was really concerned that I'd traded in one set of problems for another. I was referred to Erin by my doctor, and even after just one visit with Erin, some of my pain issues were entirely resolved. I saw her for several sessions, and the improvement was truly amazing and life-changing for me. Even some back pain that I didn't associate with my surgery or endo was fully resolved by my PFT treatment. I continue to do the exercises that she taught me, and it's been really empowering to finally have a way to help resolve and prevent my pain. I had no idea what PFT was prior to seeing Erin (I'd assumed it was just kegels, which isn't the case at all), and I wish that someone had referred me to her years ago. I cannot recommend her highly enough! I also love the office-- it's a very comforting and stylish setting.

I was in so much pelvic pain when walking during pregnancy I thought I may end up having to use a wheelchair until I gave birth. Erin helped relieve that pain and continued to work with me until well after I had my daughter to get my body back in alignment and learn how to maintain a pain free existence. She is the reason I was able to keep working and be able to still enjoy my pregnancy! Erin has a heart for helping women learn how to take care of and help their bodies heal. Go see her!

My doctor recommended going after having significant lower back and hip pain seven months after having my baby. From the first visit, Erin was nothing but professional and knowledgeable in exactly what I needed! She explained everything in a way that I could understand, and I am so thankful for her! She made sure that she understood my goals and worked from there! Each visit was specific to me and my problems. After a few visit, my pain was significantly better and by the end gone! I can’t stress enough now the importance of pelvic and lower back therapy for any pregnant woman! My only regret is not going sooner!
