Experiencia fantástica: I have had multiple hip surgeries and physical therapy over the years. For my most recent surgery recovery I was lucky to go to Zac Snow at Trinity Rehab in Springdale, starting 5 days after surgery. Based on my past experiences, I figured he would give me the typical post-hip-surgery exercise list, watch me do them and send me home. Nope! We had a lot of discussion of my current pain level, abilities, goals, etc.. He tested my strength and range of motion and designed a gentle plan for me. The plan changed at every weekly visit as I got stronger. I was so impressed with his knowledge, dedication, and encouragement. It was fun, more like going to a personal trainer than to physical therapy, and I looked forward to all my sessions. Great therapy, never did anything that was beyond what I could do, and never rushed the process. I highly recommend Trinity to anybody that needs help healing up from an injury.

Experiencia fantástica: A great place to rehab after knee replacement surgery! Julie was my physical therapist. She was knowledgeable, patient, caring and friendly. All the staff there treat you like family. I will go back after I get my other knee replacement done. Highly recommend!
