Experiencia fantástica: So just shy of a week into my new chiropractic journey and I’m feeling sore and beat up, but also feeling like actual progress is being made…. I’ve seen a chiropractor off and on since I had a horrible back injury during a wrestling match at 13 years old…. This is the first time I’m receiving treatment above and beyond just an adjustment… Dr. Josh at HealthSource Chiropractic of Federal Way combines adjustments with a interesting mix of physical therapy/pillates/yoga to not only strengthen my core but also limber me up, today I received a pair of custom orthotics, they also offer all natural suppliments, and various other support aids… if you’re looking for chiropractic care that truly focuses on not only the temporary “fix” of the adjustment, but also sustaining the fix…. I’d 100% recommend them day in and day out…. Now it sucks from time to time, but it’s because I’m restoring my body’s mechanics and creating a sustainable healing…

Experiencia fantástica: If you are looking for chiropractic services, HealthSource is where you need to go! Dr. Josh is a true professional who has dedicated his life to his craft and it shows. Jay, Maya, and Mari are all amazing as well and add to the great energy and atmosphere you feel right when you walk in the door. I came in for the initial screening exam, and they took the time to truly understand my situation and create a unique plan to get me feeling my best again. They will hold you accountable and tell you the hard truths you need to hear, but they also keep it fun and create a positive experience for every client when you come in. I am so thankful I came across HealthSource and grateful for everything they have done for me! This place is the best and will be the place I recommend for all my friends and family for their chiropractic and physical therapy needs!

Experiencia fantástica: So glad we found health source!!! Staff is very helpful & friendly. I went through a lot during my pregnancy and gave birth a month ago. Lower back pain affected the way I walked and restricted me from doing a lot of things. Ever since seeing Dr. Josh, he balanced my pelvic floor and honestly my life has been great esp with 3 kids. I can move around better than before and care/play with my kids more, all thanks to Dr.Josh! Still healing and I’m excited to be at my full strength. Experiencia fantástica: I've been to a number of chiropractors, for myself as well as for loved ones. This is the first place that I actually felt welcome at and felt like the staff cared about me and my progress. Most importantly, they care about my LONG TERM progress. It wasn't just 10 min and go on your own, see you next time. It was actually: these are the exercises that will help you both now and in the future. Because as much as I wish there was a magic shortcut to heal and feel better, it's about building your strength, and that takes time. Dr. Josh is super knowledgeable, very friendly and upbeat, and straight-forward/authentic. Unlike other chiros from my experience, I actually feel relief after he adjusts me, instead of more or continuing pain. He's also involved in physical therapy, not just adjustments. Jay, who is in charge of physical therapy among other things, is awesome as well - super patient and kind. They need to get him to do an exercise training video because he has such a smooth and relaxing voice that always reminds me to take deep breaths, relax my muscles, and focus. Maya is always smiling and welcoming, and it's great to see and interact with her every time because she just boosts your mood and makes you smile! Love that! Love the team, and we will definitely be recommending HealthSource to my friends and relatives if/when they tell me they're looking for a chiropractor/physical therapy. So glad this is the clinic we chose when we needed care after a car accident. Choose HealthSource - there's a reason it's highly rated and highly recommended!
