Experiencia fantástica: I 100% recommend this place if you ever need Physical Therapy. I had been having lower back pain, weakness in both of my legs and also had hand numbness/tingling from a car accident I had been in back in 2016. Since starting my Physical Therapy journey here, I've not only gotten stronger and have more endurance than I've ever had, but I've also learned a lot of different ways to help lessen my aches and pains in the safest ways possible. I have had bad experiences in the past with other Physical Therapists that made me not want to ever go back to therapy. Now that I've gone back, I've realized that I should've come back sooner. All the therapists (Chase especially) here are all amazing and very knowledgeable. I would recommend coming here to everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I certainly understand why Results Physiotherapy has such high ratings.  I agree. I have been a walker for over 50 years, and for the last 12 years have suffered from what I was told was sciatic/piriformis problems. I was in a good deal of pain, couldn’t sleep well, and couldn’t drive very far without hurting a lot. I saw numerous orthopedists, primary care doctors, chiropractors, massage therapists, physical therapists and even an acupuncturist to help me, but nothing really helped. After seeing a doctor who about foot pain I was having, she found that I had an unstable ankle and suggested I try physical therapy (and recommended two places – Results was one of them).  I made an appointment with Results Physiotherapy in Hixson, after reading about their approach to physical therapy, which sounded like exactly what I was looking for. I started seeing Chase Helgren, who took on my case as a real challenge. He was not convinced that my problem was sciatica; and as he worked with me, it was obvious that he was right. On the first visit, he checked out every joint and muscle that could be related to my problems.  He tested how much strength and pain I felt – more than anyone had ever done before, and he kept checking each of those throughout the sessions I had with him.  He spent a lot of time digging deeper and deeper into my pain and symptoms.  I would come into a session, and he would tell me how he had been thinking about my case since the last visit and would shift what we were doing a bit to make sure it exactly fit right with what was going on with my body. Never once was I on a cookie-cutter regime.  He helped me learn to align, strengthen and work on other parts of my body and explained how all of the problems (including some neck problems I had long thought were permanent) were connected. I received quite an education about my body as well. First, the foot pain got even better, then the hip pain eased tremendously.  I started being pain-free during and after my walks. We worked from foot to neck, and then when I broke my toe, tripping over my cat, he worked with me to keep my muscles strong when I couldn’t take long walks while it was healing. My daily walks have been a central part of life for decades.  I thought those days might be severely limited before I saw Chase.  I cannot say emphatically enough that Chase has given me back my joy and health. I’m back to walking and am basically pain free.

Chase Helgren is intuitively careful and encouraging in the exercises he recommended I try. The staff at the Hixson location is very friendly and professional. I hope to see these folks again OUTSIDE our therapeutic relationship!!!

Experiencia fantástica: After a full Hip Replacement I choose RESULTS for PT. I have worked with various Therapists there and they ALL know their job very well. They are knowledgeable, very friendly, listen to you and your issues and find the right amount of PT for you without “working you too hard”. This is a small and quite place and perfect for your recovery. If you need PT, don’t look any further.

After a couple providers not understanding when I tried to describe what felt wrong, I was so relieved when Danielle understood exactly what I was trying to explain! I appreciated her skill in assessing and treating the shoulder issue I was experiencing. The whole office was kind and helpful, and I would highly recommend them and Danielle specifically.

Experiencia fantástica: I wanted yo update this review these months later. I returned recently with tendon and quad issues which were slowing down my replacement knee recovery. As usual Danielle got right on the problem with diagnosis and treatment plan, which were perfect. After only a few sessions and some effort at home, my mobility has never been better. I can't say enough about what they have done for me anytime I needed them. Thanks to Danielle and the staff of Results Physiotherapy on Northpoint Blvd. in Hixson. Following below is my original review. The name of this physical therapy group couldn't be more accurate. Results are what I received. The Clinic Director and staff have been on target with what was needed to address my knee, hip, and quad issues. I have never felt better, or had painless mobility, as I do now. I highly recommend this Hixson resource for physical therapy. Also I know know what to do if the problem returns.

Experiencia fantástica: My PT was Danielle—and she was outstanding. She explained very clearly why she was doing this or why I needed to practice that. She also gave me a long lasting routine for my permanent practice—and thoroughly explained the why of each day of my permanent 3-day routine. In addition my GP at Galen also was very complimentary of Results beforehand, so I was predisposed to a positive reception of Danielle’s treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: Results Physiotherapy Hixson, Tennessee at Northpoint has my unqualified endorsement as the greatest place to have your physical therapy needs addressed. The staff is friendly, professional, and client oriented. I rehabilitated two knee replacements and a shoulder injury over a sixteen month period of time there and the results were outstanding. Progress is tracked during each visit and exercises or therapies are adjusted according to improved strength. The equipment is all kept in spotless, working condition and careful attention is paid to mask wearing and sanitizing everything to ensure client safety during the Covid 19 pandemic. If being encouraged and coaxed to improve mobility and reduction of post surgical pain is your goal then Results is an excellent choice.

Experiencia fantástica: After my shoulder surgery I needed physical therapy to help get full range of motion. Danielle was my PT at Results and she was exceptional. It was a lot of work, and painful at times, but she guided me to success with an eye for detail and a thorough plan. When I arrived at Results I had about 30-40% use of my right arm and could not do many activities of daily life. Now I’m at 99.9% and able to enjoy my work, hobbies and summer activities with my family. Everyone working at Results was kind and professional- I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Both of my hips have been replaced. Different years; different surgeons. The second hip replacement gives me issues about once a year. I cleaned a small corner fridge in our bar area, and that triggered issues I could not resolve myself. I called Results Physical Therapy and was treated by Todd Gross. He was absolutely outstanding and so willing to explain the various small muscle issues that were the culprit. Aside from that, he is a very experienced P.T. and clearly always seeking new approaches and new concepts in brain/pain relationships. I am completely resolved from my pain and functional limitations. I imagine my issue will"flare up" again, and Todd will be my go to P.T from now on. Very knowledgable--VERY! Hands on experience, which is the best, with follow up exercises that are well explained. Entire staff are very helpful and kind. Todd is the best! Can't say enough good things about him!!

Experiencia fantástica: A transformative experience at Results Physiotherapy My elation knows no bounds In May, I was diagnosed with a herniated disc and a pinched nerve. I suffered what I declare to be the worst pain of my life. Childbirth was a breeze compared to the radiating nerve pain that was an unfortunate companion to my condition. Doctors recommended surgery as an option to alleviate the pain and get me back to normal. I, on the other hand, insisted on trying a more holistic approach… physical therapy was my first thought. The nurse practitioner referred me to Results Physiotherapy. And. Oh My! I’m not sure what I really expected, because I was in a tremendous amount of pain and was taking a muscle relaxer along with a moderate pain medication. Even with medication, the pain of walking and trying to stand tall was sometimes too much to bear. Also, I was using crutches to move around. At age 49, prior to this condition, I was in the best shape of my life with a regular exercise regimen and healthy eating habits. During the worst of my condition, I strongly questioned how this could possibly happen to someone like me? I thought about my love of all things outdoors with running and hiking well positioned at the top of the list. Would I ever get to enjoy those activities again? I wondered. Physical Therapist, Erin Burke and her PTA, Jase were incredible. They are miracle workers -knowledgeable, fun and caring. Within the first week of going to PT sessions with Erin and Jase, my range of motion increased, and my pain level went down. After several weeks of PT sessions, I felt so much better that I went from three sessions a week to only once a week. I even enjoyed a mini 3.5-mile hike with a friend during this time. During normal times, I’m accustomed to hiking for hours… 15 miles or more. Now I am well enough to continue my recovery with home exercises as recommended by my PT team. My elation knows no bounds. I am SOOOOO GRATEFUL to Erin, Jase and Results Physiotherapy for giving me my life back. For me, the ability to hike, run and remain active is EVERYTHING (right there alongside family.) Thank you, Results Physiotherapy!

Experiencia fantástica: My experience with Results Therapy was wonderful. The entire staff was always pleasant. I was able to strengthen my foot problems through the exercises done at their location and at home. I particularly appreciate that Calli, my therapist, recognized that I needed to see a foot specialist to complete my healing....which showed me she actually cared about positive results for my foot. I would recommend Results Physiotherapy to anyone because they just do it right.

Experiencia negativa: I was happy upon leaving PT with Callie, however, I requested an email with PT exercises since I was never given any docs during my PT sessions. She never followed through. No big deal, people get busy and forget right? I called the front desk a month later asking for the same thing. It's been a few weeks and they did not follow through either. These people make hundreds of dollars off of you and can't even give you the courtesy of a post-therapy plan. To beat all, I only had temporary pain relief and turns out it was from a nerve block injection that wore off.
