Experiencia fantástica: Crystal Creek is an amazing facility! We love the staff! They are friendly and very personable! Great place over all! The professionalism of the team is impeccable!

Experiencia positiva: The hospital sent me to look at this place for my dad and I was nervous because of the reviews. When we were walking around everybody was speaking to us and telling us what job they do there. The only thing is the building looks a little older but it’s Very clean and the residents were also happy and nice.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Crystal Creek was super friendly and they had the coolest event where some of the residents could participate and share art and sell products! Very fun event and the kids had a great time before the rain! Can’t wait for the next one ????????????

Experiencia fantástica: I work here. I can tell everyone who is interested that this a great place. I would put my loved here if I had to. Houseking department is top notch. Activities are awesome! The nursing staff here we all get along and everyone is a team player. I consider this my home away from home, a very nice place.

Experiencia positiva: I was worried about putting my dad here because of the reviews. All the staff have been nice and helpful. At first I had some complaints but they fixed everything very fast and we haven’t had any issues. The lady that helps people move in is very nice and tells you about anything going. She also took me to meet other managers so I know where to get help for certain things.
