Experiencia fantástica: I just have to say again not every facility is going to be perfect. Unfortunately skilled nursing facilities get a bad rap because families rather complain instead of taking their loved ones out of theses facilities. Most of the complaints come from families of Medicaid beds. Families look for nice places to make themselves look better to family and friends and then complain about leadership. This Dorsey family is bullying this facility they said they have 2 family members in the facility and are complaining about everything. I would say this is your own fault move to another facility that can meet your needs. I’m sure you would complain at any facility you go to. Get out and good Luck!

Experiencia positiva: I would like to thank all Nurses..RTs..cans All the therapist cooks And house keeping They're all professional And took very good Care of me. Except for Management I think That is one of best I have been in considering they were very short of help..especially the RT'S. FOR SOME REASON THEY FIRED ALL BUY 1. r

Experiencia positiva: The facility is nice and clean. The day staff are great getting patients up a ready to work. I wish the evening staff was as dedicated to the needs of clients . However, I'm sure they are trying to get to there clients in a timely manner given the shortage in evening personnel.
