Bentwood Nursing & Rehab Center

Experiencia positiva: I am a current patient at Bentwood. There are some amazing, hard-working and dedicated staff at this facility. Ms. Gail, Ms. Julie, RNs Wendy and Lynn, and everyone on the occupational and physical therapy teams are amazing. The food is okay, rooms are cleaned every day. I met with a physician relatively quickly after admission but haven’t been given an opportunity to have a follow up visit. The pharmacy they work with here is slow with refills of medication. The facility is pretty consistently short staffed, so despite the best efforts of the hard working staff, wait times after requesting assistance for a non-emergency situation can be in the two-three hour range, especially at night when there’s fewer staff working. Other shifts seem to be adequately staffed.

Experiencia fantástica: I want to commend everyone in your building for being so accommodating and helpful last weekend. We didn’t encounter one single person who didnt obviously know and care for their residents. The building looked and smelled good as well. I really appreciate everyone’s willingness to ensure we had everything we needed. We look forward to working with you all on an ongoing basis.

My dad is here and I am grateful ???? to have a loving caring CNA who does a outstanding job!!! Ms Darnesha, very hard worker,my dad say she take good care of him she is amazing.!!!!!
