I can't count how many times I have seen the nursing and upper management staying late to make sure everything stays in great shape.

At Rancho Rehab and Healthcare Center we constantly strive to provide a warm, loving, family environment to all our residents, to their families, and to our staff. I’m more than an employee here. I’m part of a management team and recognized for my hard work. The staff we all interact well with the residents and the nursing team strive for nothing but excellent for our residents.

Experiencia fantástica: Rancho Manor is a respectful and caring place to entrust any family member to. While no nursing facility is perfect, you can tell that the staff at Rancho truly care about the people placed in their care. My Grandmother has been living here for a little over a year, and she loves it there. Any concerns that we have voiced have been addressed in a timely and professional manner, and my Grandmother feels as if she still has a voice in her own care. Our family couldn't recommend this place more.
