Experiencia fantástica: PeakRX has been a great pelvic floor resource after having my fourth baby. The staff is so friendly, but also so knowledgeable and really focuses on whole body recovery. I’ve learned so much with my sessions there and walked away with tangible exercises I can easily do at home! And I brought my infant with me! The staff was great holding her if she needed it while I was in sessions.

Experiencia fantástica: Seriously the best decision I ever made!! Going in after my C-Section was fabulous. They gave the knowledge the hospital never told me and they gave me back my confidence. I’ll never be able to thank them enough. Now I have the tools it implement so many more exercises for next pregnancy and post-partum journey to make it so much easier! The staff is amazing and the atmosphere is wonderful and encouraging. Plus they hold and love on your babies if you need to bring them. Can’t say enough good things about this team of women!

I work with Ruth Ann--she is incredible at what she does and thinks outside of the box. My goal was to get to the root of my chronic headaches/migraines and strengthen my pelvic floor since having babies. I have tried many modalities for my headaches over the past 10 years but this has been the most effective. I was surprised how breathing and alignment adjustments made such a big impact in my life. Mobility exercises along with proper strength training and cardio technique have been important my everyday fitness/wellness routine. Experiencia fantástica: I've been lifting weights for 30 years and my right shoulder started acting up - painful enough to avoided any pushing movements. So I went to PeakRx. I'm a coach and I've sent my clients there in the past, so I already knew they are great. In 4 sessions of working with Michael and applying the exercises on my own as well, my shoulder is practically pain-free. I know in just a couple more weeks it will be back at 100%. The best news is that I can still do all the lifting, and I have new, improved movements patterns and warm-ups to prevent future problems.
