Experiencia fantástica: I had my first appointment with Meredith and she was amazing! She does a really good job at slowing down and listening to you, you feel heard and like she cares about your story and who you are. Meredith also does a really good job at explaining to you in detail what she is trying to tell you and will break down explanations how ever you need to best understand.

She went above and beyond to communicate what I could expect in the appointment today and made me feel right at ease. I didn't realize just how much she could help me process emotions connected to my past cesarean experiences and also prepare me to be emotionally stable for my impending birth experience.
