Experiencia fantástica: I have had the best experience at the Bone and Joint Institute of Franklin. From Dr. Byram, Kristen Freeman and the rest of the staff, the Imaging Center, Surgery Center and Jeff Gandy and Staff at the OT Therapy Center. I had complete shoulder replacement surgery and my experience has been nothing short of amazing from everyone that has been involved with my care. I would definitely recommend Dr. Byram if you are in need of shoulder care, but also just the center in general. It is nice to have everything all in one place. Thank you all for taking such good care of me!

Experiencia positiva: Surgery went well. Had some trouble communicating effectively with some of the staff. Pain management protocol was not effective, but the staff were responsive and friendly. Probably should have had a better contingency in place before the procedure. Definitely not ???? their fault. Overall I was very happy.

Experiencia fantástica: Since turning 65, I have had the opportunity to visit this facility many times. I have had interaction with six different physicians for various conditions and I could not be happier with my experience. First of all, when you call for an appointment, I have been able to schedule almost immediately and sometimes even the same day. Upon arrival to the office, everyone is so warm and welcoming and everything runs like clockwork. Once your vitals have been taken, if x-rays are required, they are done in house right away. Their equipment is state of the art and digital x-rays are in your patient room awaiting the arrival of your doctor. Once the doctor has diagnosed the issue, care can be given immediately if a cortisone injection is required. On every visit to this office, my health issues have been diagnosed and treated with the best of care. I would so encourage you to put your health needs in their care so you could have the same care and improvement as I have had. The Bone and Joint facility is top notch and I have to give them a perfect 10! Best care ever!
