Experiencia fantástica: My mother has been a resident of Frederick Health and Rehabilitation since January 2023. She been at another Frederick facility that was HORRIBLE. If she hadn’t been moved, I honestly don’t think she’d still be with us today. Thankfully they could accept her. The staff from the front desk, admissions, social services, billing, dining, activities, therapy department and nursing staff have been absolutely wonderful, taking care of my mother. I live in Texas and visit monthly. They treat my Mom and other residents with respect and compassion Which is assuring she’s at a safe loving place. I greatly appreciate the FaceTime calls with her as she is deaf. I am forever thankful and grateful for FHRC

Experiencia fantástica: I live in another state, I try to visit as much as possible, not as much as I would like. There are 2 employees there that face time as much as they can. That part I love. The place needs a bad make over, and more staff .

Experiencia fantástica: My sister was a client prior to COVID due to dementia. I feel she was well cared for. The staff was attentive and friendly. I visited my sister once a week, on different days and I felt the staff always met her needs. She was always clean. I checked for bed sores and rashes and never found them. I am very pleased with the care she received while she was there.
