Experiencia fantástica: I had 3 months of PT at Frederick Sport and Spine after L5 S1 microdiscectomy in August 2020. The entire staff was wonderful and very attentive to my condition which seemed to change on a daily basis. Dr Shannon Byers and Faryn Dunn were my two Therapist and both were extremely knowledgeable, attentive and compassionate to my condition. I have continued with the exercises and stretches they taught me and have seen positive progress in my recovery. Frederick Sport and Spine is the best Physical Therapy facility in Frederick County!

Experiencia fantástica: Frederick Sport and Spine Clinic is the best! Great staff including Kelly and Brian. Always proactive and knowledgable, suggesting new techniques and guiding you through your paces, unlike some other physical therapy clinic where you're simply told to do this number of these, and that number of those. They watch for technique so you are getting the most benefit from your work with them. I hated to leave when my therapy was finished!

Experiencia fantástica: Recently I had to spend some time in PT for an injury to my back. Frederick Sport and Spine evaluated me and provided me with a custom plan to begin treatment with exercises and stretches at home as well as office visits that were both challenging and beneficial for my recovery. The owner, Mark, and his staff are very professional and seem to truly care that you make progress towards your recovery goals while you are in their care. I visited two of their facilities and they are very clean and have all of the tools and ample space to complete your exercise regimen, even with multiple patients being attended to. I have already recommended Frederick Sport and Spine to a few people I train with and would not hesitate to return should the need arise. Experiencia fantástica: I have. Been to the Sport and Spine. Clinic on several occasions for different reasons. Each time they have been able design a program that meets my needs and helps me get back to “normal”. They made the sessions challenging. I was always able to see and feel my progress. The personnel were always very helpful, knowledgble and encouraging. I almost missed not going to therapy when I was finished and able to walk better without pain. Dr Mark is always so positive and enthusiastic it is infectious you feel as if you can conquer the world. If I need therapy I always go back to the Sport and Spine Center

Experiencia fantástica: Due to an active lifestyle I have had a few injuries over the last 3-4 years. Each time I need to rehabilitate my back (or more recently my shoulder), I have returned to Frederick Sport & Spine. I was very pleased to see that the staff remains consistent over the years. The PT's are very friendly and knowledgeable, so although I have not intended to return due to additional injuries, I am very pleased the staff remembers me and welcomes me back. I highly recommend Frederick Sport & Spine to anyone who need to strengthen and rehabilitate. You will be taught a lot about how to improve and recover from your injury. And most importantly, you will learn how you can maintain the progress you made by continuing the exercises at home.
