He is very knowledgeable, but more importantly, he understands when to push you to do just a little more, and when to ease off because it's just not a good pain day. My mom who has multiple chronic conditions started OT and PT with them and the experience of working with the therapists helped her (us) make tremendous strides — not just during sessions but extending out on to our home and life outside. The entire staff really care about their clients, and in our experience and from what I’ve see in others, if you give 100%, they give you 200! The specialists are innovative problem solvers and helped overcome our challenges in ingenious ways that I don’t think can be matched anywhere else.The facility is never over crowded, and everyone always has a positive, encouraging and genuinely caring attitude. Good people— and it really makes a difference. I’d highly recommend Baker Rehab to anyone in need of Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy, and especially, as in our case, any elderly patient.
